dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีการถ่ายภาพระบบดิจิตอลสำหรับนักประชาสัมพันธ์ สังกัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ให้มี ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจากชุด ฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมที่มีต่อชุด ฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็น นักประชาสัมพันธ์ของสถาบันเพิ่มผลผลิตแห่งชาติ สังกัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ในปีงบประมาณ 2551 โดยทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่าย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่องเทคโนโลยีการ ถ่ายภาพระบบดิจิตอล ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้นมาจำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 1 ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ กล้องดิจิตอล หน่วยที่ 2 การถ่ายภาพพื้นฐานและเทคนิคการถ่ายภาพ หน่วยที่ 3 การเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลและการ แต่งภาพ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนการฝึกอบรมและหลังการฝึกอบรม และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มี ต่อชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การหาประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้ E,/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง เทคโนโลยีการ ถ่ายภาพระบบดิจิตอล สำหรับนักประชาสัมพันธ์ สังกัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ตามลำดับทั้ง 3 หน่วยดังนี้ 80.67/81.67, 80.33/81.33 และ 79.67/80.67 (2) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมี ความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความ คิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายว่าอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were (1) to develop a computer-based training package via network on Digital System Photographic Technology for public relation officers of the Ministry of Industry to meet the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of trainees who were trained with the computer-based training package via network; and (3) to study opinions of trainees toward the computer-based training package via network. The research sample consisted of 30 randomly selected public relation officers of Thailand Productivity Institute under the Ministry of Industry in the 2008 fiscal year. The employed research instruments comprised (1) three units of the computer-based training package via network on Digital System Photographic Technology developed by the researcher, namely, Unit 1: Introduction to Digital Cameras; Unit 2: Basic Photography and Photography Technique; and Unit 3: Data Connection and Picture Embellishment ; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on trainee's opinions toward the computer-based training package via network. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation. The results of study indicated that: (1) the three units of the computer- based training package via network on Digital System Photographic Technology for public relation officers under the Ministry of Industry had efficiency indices of 80.67/81.67, 80.33/81.33, and 79.67/80.67 respectively; thus meeting the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the trainees who were trained with the computer-based training package via network achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the trainees had opinions that the quality of the developed computer-based training package via network was at the appropriate levelen_US
