| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) บทบาททางการเมืองของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย (2) ผลกระทบในการแสดงบทบาททางการเมืองของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสัมภาษณ์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง การสังเกตการณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มผู้บริหารสมาคมชาวนาข้าว ไทยกลุ่มที่ 2กลุ่มสมาชิกสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย กลุ่มที่ 3กลุ่มผู้เป็นชาวนา กลุ่มที่ 4 กลุ่มสมาชิก นักการเมืองและกลุ่มนักวิชาการด้านนโยบายการเกษตร จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 17คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิง พรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทยใช้อิทธิผลอำนาจในการผลักดันนโยบายผ่านนักการเมืองและพรรคการเมือง ผลกระทบในการแสดงบทบาททางการเมืองของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย เกิดจากปัญหาภายในผู้นำของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทยไม่มีจุดยืนที่มั่นคงและไม่ทำตนให้เป็นกลางก็จะมีผู้ที่แสวงหาผลประโยชน์เข้ามาได้ เพราะในอนาคตสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทยจะต้องมีพลังที่เข้มแข็งมากขึ้น ปัญหาภายนอก คือ การแทรงแซงจากรัฐและผู้มีอำนาจทางการเมืองที่ต้องการควบคุมกำหนดทิศทางบทบาททางการเมืองของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย (2) ผลกระทบในการแสดงบทบาททางการเมืองของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย คือ การทำงานผ่านนักการเมืองและพรรคเมืองในแต่ละยุคมักมีอุดมการณ์ที่ขัดแย้งกับกลุ่มสมาชิกของสมาคมชาวนาข้าวไทย เกิดความคิดแตกแยกความเห็นแตกต่างภายในระหว่างผู้นำและสมาชิก ทำให้เกิดแนวทางร่วมกันไม่ได้เป็นผลกระทบทำให้องค์กรไม่สามารถทำหน้าที่แทนชาวนาได้อย่างแท้จริง ขาดอิสระในการบริหารจัดการองค์กร และขาดอุดมการณ์ในการเสนอข้อเรียกร้องที่แท้จริง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study (1) the political role of the Thai Rice Farmers Association; and (2) the impact of the association’s expression of that role. This was a qualitative research based on documentary research, interviews with key informants, observation and focus group discussions. The sample population, chosen through purposive sampling, consisted of 4 groups: 1) executives of the Thai Rice Farmers Association; 2) members of the Thai Rice Farmers Association; 3) rice farmers; and 4) politicians and academics specializing in agricultural policy, for a total of 17. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that: (1) The Thai Rice Farmers Association used its power of influence to push for the policies it wanted through politicians and political parties. The leaders of the Thai Rice Farmers Association did not have a firm standpoint and were not impartial. (2) The primary impact of the Thai Rice Farmers Association’s expression of its political role was interference by the government and people with political power who wanted to control and direct the Thai Rice Farmers Association’s political role. The ideals of different political parties at different periods of time were in conflict with the ideals of members of the Thai Rice Farmers Association. This caused some members to try to use the association to work for their own personal benefit, and caused rifts and disagreements between association members and association leaders. As a result, the association could not meet its intended objective of representing rice farmers. There was a lack of independence in the association’s management and a lack of ideals in the association’s expression of its demands. | en_US |
