| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลการปฏิบัติงานตามแนวทางการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยยายจิ๊ว อำเภอเทพสถิต จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ประจำปี 2555 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การนำหลักเกณฑ์การบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้กับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยยายจิ๊ว ดังนี้ (1) ด้านหลักนิติธรรม การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎระเบียบ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชน การประกาศขั้นตอนระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติราชการ ให้ประชาชนทราบโดยทั่วไป ยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพเท่าที่ควร (2) ด้านหลักคุณธรรม การบริหารราชการเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ โดยให้ส่วนราชการกำหนดแผนการทำงานที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะชี้วัดผลลัพธ์ของงานได้ (3) ด้านหลักความโปร่งใส การตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานการจัดตั้งศูนย์บริการร่วมเป็นศูนย์บริการประชาชนในการติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลยื่นคำขออนุมัติ อนุญาตในเรื่องที่เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและภารกิจของหน่วยงานภายนอกที่ต่อเนื่องจากภารกิจขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ยังไม่มีการจัดตั้งให้เป็นรูปธรรม (4) ด้านความมีส่วนร่วมผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นขาดการกำซับให้พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นกรณีได้รับคำร้องเรียนเสนอแนะหรือความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับวิธีปฏิบัติราชการ อุปสรรค ความยุ่งยากหรือปัญหาอื่นใด จากบุคคลใด โดยมีข้อมูลและสาระตามสมควรมิได้นำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยทันที | th_TH |
