dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การแนะแนวอาชีพ สำหรับครูการศึกษานอกโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกอบรม ด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนด้วยชุด ฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ ปฏิบัติงานสอนอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2/ 2550 จำนวน 37 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การแนะแนวอาชีพ จำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 1 แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการแนะแนวอาชีพ หน่วยที่ 2 การบริการสนเทศและ ปรึกษาด้านอาชีพ และ หน่วยที่ 3 การบริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล ติดตาม และประเมินผลด้านอาชีพ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน วัดพฤติกรรมด้านพุทธิพิสัยแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพด้วยค่า E,/ E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (ดังนี้ 80.53/81.28, 80.00/80.80 และ 81.20/82.08 ตามลำดับ) (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย มีความก้าวหน้าทางการ เรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดฝึกอบรม ด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมากth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this study were three-folds: (1) to develop a set of computer-based training packages via network on Career Guidance for non-formal education teachers in Bangkok Metropolis based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of non-formal education teachers learning from the computer-based training packages via network on Career Guidance; and (3) to study the opinion of non-formal education teachers on the quality of computer-based training packages via network on Career Guidance. The research samples consisted of 37 randomly selected non-formal education teachers in Bangkok Metropolis. Research instruments comprised (1) three units of computer-based training packages via network on Career Guidance, namely Unit 1: Concept of Career Guidance; Unit 2: Information Service and Career Guidance; and Unit 3: Career Placement Services, Follow-ups, and Evaluation; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaires asking the student's opinion on the quality of the computer-based training packages via network. in Statistics used were the E1/E2 percentage index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research Findings was that (1) the three units of computer-based training packages via network were efficient at 80.53/81.28, 80.00/80.80; and 81.20/82.08 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) The learning progress of the students learning from the computer-based training packages via network was significantly increased at the 0.05 level; and (3) The opinion of the students on the quality of the computer-based training packages via network was at the "Highly Agreeable" level.en_US
