| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) บทบาทของเทศบาลตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุรี ในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจในกลุ่มอาชีพหมู่บ้านปากน้ำ ตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัด สระบุรี (2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของเทศบาลตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุรี ในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจในกลุ่มอาชีพหมู่บ้านปากน้ำ ตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุร (3) แนวทางแก้ไขและสนับสนุน ในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจในกลุ่มอาชีพหมู่บ้านปากน้ำ ตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยเทศบาลตำบลคำพราน อำเภอวังม่วง จังหวัดสระบุรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บทบาทของเทศบาลตำบลคำพรานในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจชุมชน คือ บทบาทในการส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการตัดสินใจ เสนอความคิดริเริ่มกระบวนการดำเนินการ การแสวงหาทุนภายในสังคม และร่วมรับประโยชน์จากโครงการพัฒนากลุ่มอาชีพ (2) ปัญหาในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจในกลุ่มอาชีพ คือ ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมที่ครอบครัวบางครอบครัวมีภาระในการดูแลครอบครัวจนไม่มีเวลาในการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับเทศบาลและปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง (3) แนวทางการแก้ไขในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจในกลุ่มอาชีพ คือ การให้ความรู้กับประชาชนโดยผู้นำชุมชนต้องมีความกล้าคิด กล้าตัดสินใจสามารถผลักดันให้มีโครงการและกิจกรรมการพัฒนาในด้านต่างๆอย่างต่อเนื่องหลากหลาย และให้บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องมีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับประชาชนในชุมชนได้อย่างดี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research are (1) to study the roles of Tambon Khunpra Municipality in Wang Muang district, Saraburi province in strengthening the economy of occupation groups; (2) to analyze their challenges; and (3) to provide the recommendations for approaches to its improvement. This qualitative research is based on the data collected by interview through purposive sampling. The population consists of the four groups of six government officers, the president of occupational promotion group, two committee members of the occupational promotion group, five members of occupational promotion group. Data were analyzed and presented descriptively. The research results show that (1) The major roles of the Tambon Kumphran Municipliaty in the strengthening of the community economy are to promote public participation in the decision-making process, to mobilize capital from community, and to share mutual benefits in occupational development project. (2) The problems in the strengthening the economy in the profession concern to the lack of the involvement from household members due to political conflict in community as well as their own personal responsibility. (3) Recommendations to solve these challenges include effectively educating the local public, selecting community leaders who are determined to push for development project, and seeking out expertise from the outside community. | en_US |
