| dc.description.abstract | อู่ซ่อมรถโดยสารประจำทางเป็นสถานประกอบกิจการที่ให้บริการดูแล ตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุงรถโดยสารประจำทางที่มีจำนวนมากและมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปีตามความต้องการในการขนส่งผู้โดยสาร ภายในอู่ซ่อมรถโดยทั่วไปมักมีปัญหาด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความเสี่ยงจากสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่เป็นอันตราย ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้ การศึกษานี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการจัดการด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมสำหรับอู่ซ่อมรถโดยสารประจำทาง ให้มีแนวทางการจัดการที่สอดคล้องตามกฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีดำเนินการศึกษามีขั้นตอนดังนี้ (1) สำรวจพื้นที่การทำงานจริงและสัมภาษณ์ปัญหาด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมในอู่ซ่อมรถโดยสารประจำทางจากผู้จัดการแผนกซ่อมบำรุง พนักงานช่าง และเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยระดับเทคนิคขั้นสูง (2) รวบรวมข้อมูลและปัญหาด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมของอู่ซ่อมรถโดยสารประจำทางที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ และเปรียบเทียบผลกับกฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3) จัดทำร่างคู่มือการจัดการค้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมสำหรับอู่ซ่อมรถโดยสารประจำทาง (4) ทำการประเมินคุณภาพคู่มือโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน และ (5) นำผลการประเมินคุณภาพคู่มือและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณ วุฒิมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขเป็นคู่มือฉบับสมบูรณ์ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Bus garages are establishments for bus maintenance, inspection and repair services. There are a lot of such places and the number tends to increase every year according to the increasing demand for passenger transportation. Generally, there are concerns about industrial hygiene problems around the garage. The hazardous environment might be a risk to the workers with a negative impact on their health. The purpose of this study was to create a manual on industrial hygiene management for a bus garage as guidelines to comply with relevant laws and standards. The study involved; (1) a walk-through survey and interviews with the Maintenance Section Manager, shop floor workers and safety officer at a high technical level about industrial hygiene problems in the bus garage; (2 ) data/information gathering and problem analysis compared with regulatory standards and compliance; (3) drafting a manual on Industrial Hygiene Management for Bus Garage; (4 ) review and evaluation of draft manual by three experts; and (5 ) manual finalization according to expert advice as well as preparing guidelines for industrial hygiene practices for the bus garage. As a result, the completed manual on industrial hygiene for bus garages consists of five chapters: (1 ) Manual on industrial hygiene for bus garages, (2 ) Environmental risk factors in the operation of bus garages, (3) Guidelines for handling chemicals, (4) Guidelines for managing noise, and (5) Guidelines for managing heat and lighting | en_US |
