| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติด (2) ศึกษาคุณภาพของระบบฐานข้อมูล และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ประชากรที่ศึกษา ประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหาจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีชัยนาท จํานวน 1 คน และ (2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านโปรแกรมจากโรงพยาบาลลับแล และโรงพยาบาลฟากท่า จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 2 คน และ (3) ผู้รับผิดชอบงานยาเสพติดประจำสํานักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดและโรงพยาบาลในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ประกอบด้วย พยาบาลวิชาชีพ นักวิชาการสาธารณสุข และนักจิตวิทยา รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 17 คน โดยศึกษาทั้งประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ (1) ระบบข้อมูลการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดของประเทศ (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพของระบบฐานข้อมูล และ (3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล โดยมีขั้นตอนการศึกษา (1) การวิเคราะห์ระบบงานเดิม (2) การออกแบบระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลและระบบสืบค้นข้อมูล (3) นำเข้าข้อมูลสู่ฐานข้อมูล (4) ประเมินคุณภาพระบบและโปรแกรมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ (5) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบจากผู้รับผิดชอบงานยาเสพติด สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ได้ระบบฐานข้อมูลการบำบัดรักษาการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติด จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ประกอบด้วยระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล และระบบสืบค้นข้อมูล โดยมีการทำงานเป็น 2 ระดับคือ ระดับจังหวัด และระดับอำเภอ (2) คุณภาพของระบบฐานข้อมูลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ (3) ผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research and development aimed: (1) to develop a database system of drug addiction treatment and rehabilitation; (2) to study the quality of the database system; and (3) to assess the satisfaction of database users in Uttaradit province. The study population consisted of: (1) one content specialist from Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chainat; (2) two program specialists from Laplae and Fak Tha hospitals in Uttaradit province; and (3) 17 health officials responsible for narcotics-related work at the Provincial Public Health Office and the Uttaradit Provincial Hospital including registered nurses, public health technical officers, and psychologists – all of them took part in this study. The instruments used were (1) the national drug treatment and rehabilitation information system, (2) the quality assessment form of the database system, and (3) the satisfaction assessment form for database users. The study steps included: (1) analyzing existing work systems; (2) designing storage and retrieval systems; (3) importing data into the database; (4) assessing quality of systems and programs by experts; and (5) assessing the satisfaction of system users persons responsible for narcotics-related work. The statistics used were the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The results showed that: (1) a database system has been established on treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts in Uttaradit province; the main system contains a storage system and an information retrieval system for two levels of work provincial and district; (2) the overall database quality is very good; and (3) system users are satisfied with the overall system at the good level | en_US |
