| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้บริการแพทย์แผนไทย/คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการรักษา การเข้าถึงละปัจจัยสนับสนุน/ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลบางเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 360 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไค-สแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การใช้บริการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชนมีระดับการตัดสินใจภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 51-60 ปี มีความรู้เกยวกับแพทย์แผนไทย 3) มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้บริการแพทย์แผนไทยของประชาชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ.12 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This survey research aimed to study (1) the use of traditional Thai medicine (TTM) services among the people; (2) personal characteristics, knowledge of TTM, attitudes towards TTM treatment, access to TTM services, and supporting factors concerning the use of TTM services of the people; and (3) the relationship between personal characteristics, TTM knowledge, TTM treatment attitudes, TTM service access as well as TTM use supporting factors and the use of TTM services among the people in the Bang Mueang municipal area, Samut Prakan province The study was conducted in a sample of 360 people purposively selected from all TTM service clients at Khlong Bang Ping and Bang Mueang Mai subdistrict health promoting hospitals. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose content had been validated by experts – its reliability or Chronbach coefficient alpha was 0.85. Statistics used for analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) The people’s overall level of decision-making in using TTM services was high, concerning service providers; (2) Among respondents, most of them were females aged 51–60 years, and had a high level of TTM knowledge and a positive attitude about TTM treatment. Regarding service access, the home-hospital distances were mostly 5–10 kilometers; the travel time was 15–30 minutes, and the waiting time to receive services was less than 15 minutes. The level of supporting factors for the use of TTM services was moderate; and the use had been recommended or urged mostly by relatives and neighbors, or as per the information or stories heard from neighbors or colleagues; and (3) For TTM clients in the Bang Mueang municipal area, personal characteristics, TTM knowledge, treatment attitudes, and service accessibility were significantly associated with clients’ TTM service usage, p = 0.05; and supporting factors had a very significantly low level of relationship with the service usage, p = 0.05, with a correlation coefficient of 0.12. | en_US |
