| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต 2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษากับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา และ 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 140 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ภาวะผู้นำวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การบริหารจัดการความรู้ การมีส่วนร่วม และการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .78 .89 .93 1.00 1.00 และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ตในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้เป็นสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมและทุกปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการบริหารจัดการความรู้ ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วม 3) ปัจจัยทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 01 และ 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษามี 3 ปัจจัยเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การบริหารจัดการความรู้ และการมีส่วนร่วม โดยทั้ง 3 ปัจจัยร่วมกันทำนายการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้ร้อยละ 52.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of learning organization of institutes under Phuket Provincial Vocational Education; 2) to study the factors related to being a learning organization; 3) to study the relationship between the factors related to being learning organization; and 4) to study the factors affecting the being learning organization of institutes. The sample consisted of 140 administrators and teachers during the 2020 academic year. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing on the information technology, the leadership, the culture organization, the knowledge management, the participation, and the learning organization, with reliability coefficients of .78, .89, .93, 1.00, 1.00, and .97, respectively. The statistic used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Research findings revealed that: 1) the overall aspects of learning organization of institutes under Phuket Provincial Vocational Education were rated at a high level; 2) both overall and specific aspects of learning organization were related at a high level could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the leadership; the knowledge management; the culture organization; the information technology;, and the participation, respectively; 3) overall aspects of factors positively related to the being learning organization at the quite high level, which was significant at the .01 level; and 4) the three factors affecting the being learning organization were that of the information technology; the knowledge management; and the participation, which together could jointly predict 52.00% of the learning organization of institutes in Phuket Provincial Vocational Education which was significant at the .01 level | en_US |
