| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การให้ความรู้ทางการเงินสำหรับเกษตรกรที่เป็นลูกค้าของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาห้วยไร่ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการฝึกอบรมของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การให้ความรู้ทางการเงิน และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การให้ความรู้ทางการเงิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ เกษตรกรที่เป็นลูกค้าของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาห้วยไร้ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การให้ความรู้ทางการเงิน (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนฝึกอบรมและหลังฝึกอบรม แบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การให้ความรู้ทางการเงิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การให้ความรู้ทางการเงินสำหรับเกษตรกรที่เป็นลูกค้าของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สาขาห้วยไร่ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ มีประสิทธิภาพ 82.44/82.33 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) ผู้รับการฝึกอบรมด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความก้าวหน้าทางการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้รับการฝึกอบรมมีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมของหนังสืออีเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อฝึกอบรม ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to develop an electronic book for training on the topic of Provision of Financial Knowledge for Farmers Who Are Customers of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Huay Rai Branch in Amnat Charoen Province on the predetermined efficiency criterion; (2) to study the training progress of the trainee from the electronic book for training on the topic of Provision of Financial Knowledge; and (3) to study the opinions of the trainee toward the training from the electronic book for training on the topic of Provision of Financial Knowledge. The sample consisted of 39 farmers who are customers of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Huay Rai Branch in Amnat Charoen Province, obtained by cluster sampling. Research instruments comprised (1) an electronic book for training on the topic of Provision of Financial Knowledge; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire of the trainee toward the training from the electronic book for training on the topic of Provision of Financial Knowledge. Statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the develop an electronic book for training on the topic of Provision of Financial Knowledge for Farmers Who Are Customers of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Huay Rai Branch in Amnat Charoen Province was efficient at 82.44/82.33; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) the trainee from the electronic book for training achieved training progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the trainee from the electronic book for training had overall opinion that the electronic book for training was appropriate at the most level. | en_US |
