| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้ของเกษตรกรในการผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 3) การผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 4) การได้รับการส่งเสริมการผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี และ 5) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 59.36 ปี จบการศึกษาชั้นประถมศึกษา มีพื้นที่ปลูกพริกเฉลี่ย 0.44 ไร่ ต้นทุนเฉลี่ย 9,405.96 บาท/ไร่ ผลผลิตเฉลี่ย 1,626.64 กิโลกรัม/ไร่รายได้จากการขายพริกเฉลี่ย 19,045 บาท/ปี 2) เกษตรกรได้รับความรู้เรื่องการผลิตพริกในระดับมากที่สุด จากเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตพริกตามปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีเกือบทุกประเด็นอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด และมีความรู้ในระดับน้อยที่สุดในประเด็นการเก็บวัตถุอันตรายที่เหลือจากการใช้ในแปลง 3) เกษตรกรทั้งหมดมีการผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี โดยทั้งหมดมีการใช้วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตรตามคำแนะนำ การพักผลิตผล การขนย้าย การเก็บรักษา และการรวบรวมผลิตผล โดยมีการปฏิบัติน้อยในประเด็นการเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลอย่างน้อย 3 ปี 4) การได้รับการส่งเสริมความรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยได้รับการส่งเสริมในด้านแหล่งน้ำ พื้นที่ปลูก แล วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตร และ 5) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในด้านเนื้อหาการส่งเสริมและด้านวิธีการส่งเสริมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยพบปัญหามากที่สุด ในประเด็นขาดความรู้เรื่องกระบวนการก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยว การเก็บเกี่ยวและการปฏิบัติหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว และขาดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้โดยเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมากที่สุด ในประเด็น เจ้าหน้าที่ควรให้ความรู้เรื่องแหล่งน้ำ และพื้นที่ปลูก วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตร และกระบวนการก่อนและหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว และควรจัดให้มีการประชุม และแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อให้เกษตรกรแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตพริกตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The results of the research were to study 1) social and economic conditions of farmers 2) knowledge of farmers in chili production according to good agricultural practice 3) chili production according to good agricultural practice 4) the receiving of the extension in chili production according to good agricultural practice and 5) problems and suggestions for extension guidelines on chili production according to good agricultural practice of farmers. The population of this study was 100 farmers who participated in chili production extension project by applying the marketing before in 2021 in Sam Sung district, Khon Kaen province by agricultural extension department. Data were collected from the entire population. Tool used in data collection was interview form. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that 1) most of the farmers were female with the average age of 59.36 years old and completed primary school education. The average chili production area was 0.44 Rai, the average cost was 9,405.96 Baht/Rai, the average productivity was 1,626.64 kilogram/Rai, and the average income from chili selling was 19,045 Baht/year. 2) Farmers received the knowledge in chili production at the highest level from the agricultural extension officers. They had knowledge about chili production according to good agricultural practice at almost every aspect at the high to highest level and had the least level of knowledge in the aspect of dangerous substance storage after the use in the crop. 3) All of the farmers produced chili according to good agricultural practice. They all applied dangerous agricultural substances per the recommendation, rested the products, transported, stored, and collected the products. They practiced the least in the aspect of data recording at least 3 years. 4) The receiving of knowledge extension, overall, was at the highest level by receiving the extension in regards to water resource, production area, and dangerous agricultural materials. 5) Farmers faced with the problems in the extension content and extension method at the moderate level. The most problematic aspects were on the lack of knowledge in the process prior to harvest, during harvest, and post harvest and the lack of learning exchange. Farmers agreed with suggestions in the extension guidelines for chili production according to good agricultural practice at the highest level in the aspect that the officers should give the knowledge about water resource and production area, dangerous agricultural materials and pre and post harvest processes. They should also organize the meeting and learning source so that farmers could exchange the learning about chili production according to good agricultural practice. | en_US |
