| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานระบบเคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ความง่าย การรับรู้ประโยชน์ และความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 3) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทัศนคติในการใช้งานของผู้ใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติในการใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรทออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 5) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติในการใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ข้าราชการและบุคลากรที่ใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 1,050 คน เนื่องจากทราบจำนวนประชากรที่แน่นอน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 30-39 ปี สถานภาพสมรส สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/เทียบเท่า และสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 2) ระดับการรับรู้ความง่ายการรับรู้ประโยชน์ และความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง 3) ระดับทัศนคติในการใช้งานระบบเคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง 4) ผู้ใช้งานที่มีสถานภาพการสมรส และระดับการศึกษา ที่แตกต่างกัน มีทัศนคติในการใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ แตกต่างกัน มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5) ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ และความปลอดภัย ส่งผลเชิงบวกไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ต่อทัศนคติในการใช้งานระบบ เคทีบี คอร์ปอเรท ออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed: 1) to study the personal factors of users of KTB Corporate Online System, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education; 2) to study the level of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and safety of users on the KTB Corporate Online System, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education; 3) to study the level of users’ attitudes towards KTB Corporate Online system, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education; 4) to compare attitudes towards using KTB Corporate Online System, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, classified by personal factors; and 5) to study factors affecting attitudes towards using the KTB Corporate Online System, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education. This study was quantitative research. The population used in the study was 1,050 civil servants and personnel in Bangkok area who used the KTB Corporate Online system, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education. The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane's formula, as a total of 300 samples. Data was collected by questionnaires analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, least significant difference and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows (1) personal factors of the respondents were mostly female between the age of 30 to 39 years old, had married status and graduated with a bachelor's degree, and working for the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education. (2) Level of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and safety of the KTB Corporate Online system users, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, was strongly agreeable. (3) Level of attitudes of users towards using the KTB Corporate Online system, of Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, was strongly agreeable. (4) The users who had marital status and different levels of education had different attitudes towards using the KTB Corporate Online system, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, at statistical significance level of 0.05. (5) Perceived usefulness and safety factors positively affected the attitudes towards using the KTB Corporate Online system, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, at statistical significance level of 0.05 | en_US |
