| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาการเกษตรระดับตำบลตับเต่า 2) สภาพข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้านเศรษฐกิจ และสังคมของเกษตรกรตำบลตับเต่า 3) ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาการเกษตรของเกษตรกรตำบลตับเต่า 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาการเกษตรของตำบลตับเต่า ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร คือ เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ตำบลตับเต่า อำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการใช้สูตร ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 343 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เลือกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจาก ผู้นำอาชีพทางการเกษตรในแต่ละสาขา และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกษตร รวมทั้งสิ้น 30 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมมนาแบบมีส่วนร่วม ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพแวดล้อมของพื้นที่มีลักษณะเป็นพื้นที่สูง มีอากาศร้อนชื้น มี 3 ฤดู เขตภูเขาจะมีอากาศเย็นสบายตลอดปี และมีอากาศหนาวจัดในฤดูหนาว มีทั้งหมด 25 หมู่บ้าน ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นอาชีพหลัก 2) ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 46.21 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาตอนต้น มีสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 5 คนขึ้นไป มีการใช้แรงงาน เฉลี่ย 3.93 คน รายได้ครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 69,795.89 บาท/ปี การถือครองที่ดินเฉลี่ย 18.86 ไร่ แหล่งเงินทุนกู้ยืมจากกองทุนหมู่บ้าน และธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สถานภาพทางสังคมมีตำแหน่งคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านมากที่สุด รับรู้ข้อมูลด้านการจัดทาแผนการพัฒนาการเกษตรจากหอกระจายข่าวหมู่บ้าน เฉลี่ย 6.97 ครั้ง/ปี และส่วนใหญ่ไม่เคยติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐ 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ ปัญหาของเกษตรกร พบว่า มีปัญหาทั้ง 10 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ (1) ด้านตลาดรองรับผลผลิตทางการเกษตร (2) ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีการทำฟาร์ม (3) ด้านสภาพท้องถิ่นและทรัพยากร (4) ด้านสิ่งจูงใจในการผลิต (5) ด้านการคมนาคมขนส่ง (6) ด้านการศึกษาทำให้เกิดการพัฒนา (7) ด้านสินเชื่อเพื่อการเกษตร (8) ด้านกลุ่มเกษตรกร (9) ด้านการปรับปรุงพื้นที่การเกษตร (10) ด้านการวางแผนพัฒนาการเกษตร ความต้องการของเกษตรกรทั้ง 10 ด้าน พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความต้องการปัจจัยด้านตลาดรองรับผลผลิตทางการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 4) แนวทางการพัฒนาการเกษตรของตำบลตับเต่า มี 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการผลิต (2) ด้านการตลาด (3) ด้านการพัฒนาเกษตรกร (4) ด้านการพัฒนาพื้นที่เกษตร (5) ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม (6) ด้านการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study 1) Environment related to the agricultural development of Tabtao Sub-district. 2) Socio-economic status of the farmers in Tubtao Sub-district 3) Problems and suggestions for Agricultural Development of farmers in Tubtao Sub-district 4) Guidelines for Agricultural Development of Tubtao Sub-district, Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province. This research was conducted as a mixed research method. For the quantitative research, the sample group was 343 farmers in Tubtao Sub-district, Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province who registered to the Department of Agricultural Extension. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics. For the qualitative research, the 30 informants were selected through purposive sampling methods. The informants were from the leaders of the agricultural group in each field and the relevant official staffs. The data were collected through participatory seminars and analyzed by content analysis. The finding showed that 1) The environment of the area is characterized by high altitudes, tropical wet with 3 seasons, the mountainous regions was cool all year round and the cold weather in winter. There were 25 villages, and the farming profession was main occupation. 2) Most farmers were male with average age of 46.21 years, the highest education was elementary school, household member was 5 persons or more, average household labor was 3.93 persons, average income was 69,795.89 baht per year, average cultivation area was 18.86 rai respectively. Most of farmers had sources of loans from the Village Fund and Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. Most of farmers had social status as a village committee member. The farmers perceived information about the preparation of agricultural development plans from the village news tower of 6.97 times per year and most of the farmers have never been in contact with agricultural government official officers. 3) The farmers’ problems at the high level consisted of 10 aspects as; (1) the market supports for agricultural products (2) changes in farming technologies (3) local conditions and resources (4) Incentives for farmers in production (5) transportation (6) educations that lead to development (7) agricultural credit (8) farmers group (9) agricultural area improvement (10) agricultural development planning. The highest level of farmers most requirement in the agricultural development planning in 10 aspects was market support for agricultural products. 4)The guidelines for agricultural development of Tubtao Sub-district were found in 6 aspects as; (1) production (2) marketing (3) farmer development (4) agricultural area improvement (5) natural resources and environmental conservation (6) transferring knowledge on farming technologies | en_US |
