dc.description.abstractคู่มือการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจ และการดำเนินงานวินิจฉัยโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด เอ บี และ โรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ อาร์ เอส วี ในห้องปฏิบัติการโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่นี้ จัดทำขึ้น โดยการค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากแหล่งวิชาการต่างๆ และมาตรฐานงานทางห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจ และตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด เอ บี และ โรคระบบทางเดินหายใจไวรัส อาร์ เอส วี ใน โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ ให้ถูกต้องตาม มาตรฐาน คู่มือประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 5 บท คือ บทที่ 1 บทนำ บทที่ 2 หลักการในการจัดการสิ่งส่งตรวจ และการดำเนินงานการตรวจวิเคราะห์ต่อเชื้อไวรัสไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด เอ บี และไวรัสระบบ ทางเดินหายใจ อาร์ เอส วี บทที่ 3 ขั้นตอนการทำคู่มือ บทที่ 4 คู่มือการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจ และการ ดำเนินงานวินิจฉัยโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด เอ บี และโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ อาร์ เอส วี ในห้องปฏิบัติการ โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ และบทที่ 5 การบริหารความเสี่ยง ประโยชน์ของคู่มือนี้คือ ได้แนวทางมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานตามที่กำหนดของวิชาชีพ ในการเก็บสิ่งส่งตรวจและลดการคลาดเคลื่อนของผลการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคไข้หวัดใหญ่ชนิด เอ บี และโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ อาร์ เอส วี ในห้องปฏิบัติการโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeA manual for specimen collection and laboratory diagnosis of influenza A&B and RSV infection at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital was prepared based on the information obtained from various academic sources and medical laboratory standards. The purpose of this study was to prepare the manual mentioned above for use at the hospital. The manual consists of 5 chapters: Chapter 1, Introduction; Chapter 2, Principles of Sample Collection and Diagnosis of Influenza A, B and RSV infection; Chapter 3, Steps for Manual Preparation; Chapter 4, The Specimen Collection and Laboratory Diagnosis of Influenza A&B and RSV Infection; and Chapter 5, Risk Management. The benefits of this manual are the standard procedures being in place for professional practice in specimen collection and the decease in diagnosis errors involving influenza A&B and RSV infection at the laboratory of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospitalen_US
