| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นของ บุคลากรโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษที่มีต่อลักษณะการบริหารงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จ และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร โรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ รวมทั้งสิ้น 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเยี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ในการทดสอบ สมมติฐานผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา มีความความคิดเห็นต่อลักษณะ การบริหารงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ของโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล อายุ, อายุการทำงานในสายอาชีพ, อายุงานในสถานศึกษา และตำแหน่งที่ แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความคิดเห็นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this independent study were: (1) to study the opinion level towards the successful management of Mariewitthaya School’ employees; and (2) to study personal factors affecting the personnel’s opinions of Mariewitthaya School , Srisaket Province. The population using in this study was 116 employees of Mariewitthaya School, Srisaket Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical procedures for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Analysis of Variance in hypothesis test. The results of this study found that: (1) the opinions toward the successful management of Mariewitthaya School’ employees were at the high level; and (2) different age, years of working, years of education, and position significantly affected the opinion level at 0.05. | en_US |
