dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาธุรกิจสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในศึกษา คือ คณะกรรมการดำเนินการสมาชิก และเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ของสหกรณ์การเกษตรที่ดำเนินการในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากสูตรการคำนวณของทาโร่ ยามาเน ได้ 399 ตัวอย่าง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาหรือเทียบเท่า อายุระหว่าง 40-59 ปี และเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ (2) ปัจจัยความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กรมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์หรือบุคลากรที่ให้บริการ และปัจจัยด้านนโยบายรัฐบาลหรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐ มีอิทธิพลต่อการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ในระดับมากth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aimed to study: (1) demographic characteristics of Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin province; (2) factors related to cooperative operation satisfaction; and (3) factors affecting business development of Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin province. The sample group used in this research was administrator’s Board Conducts, Members, and Cooperative Officers of Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin province; the sample size (399 samples) was calculated by Taro Yamane formula. Questionnaire was used as a tool to collide the primary data. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square test. The results showed that: (1) by considering the demographic characteristics of Agricultural Cooperatives in Surin province most samples were male. The level of education was secondary or equivalent. The range of age was 40-59 year old they were cooperative member. (2) Working satisfaction was affected by operation management factor at a high level. (3) In addition, cooperative question was influenced at a high level by two important factors, cooperative officers and government policy.en_US
