| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัดถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสาเหตุที่ทำให้การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ในสายการผลิตเข็มฉีดยาด้อยประสิทธิภาพ (2) ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (3) เปรียบเทียบผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยศึกษาการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพในสายการผลิตเข็มฉีดยา ของบริษัท นิโปร (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา คือ แผนผังสาเหตุและผล และหลักการวิเคราะห์ด้วยคำถาม "ทำไม ทำไม" ส่วนวิธีการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพโดยให้การฝึกอบรมพนักงานและใช้เครื่องมือควบคุมคุณภาพ แผนภูมิการดำเนินงาน รวมทั้งหลักการวิเคราะห์เครื่องมือการปรับปรุงประกอบด้วย การกำจัด การรวมกัน การจัดลำดับใหม่ และการทำให้ง่าย และใช้เครื่องมือการควบคุมกระบวนการด้วยสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย และเปอร์เซ็นต์ในการเปรียบเทียบการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สาเหตุที่ทำให้การตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้อยประสิทธิภาพ คือ พนักงานและวิธีการตรวจสอบ ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาพบว่าพนักงานขาดทักษะ ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพองค์ประกอบและคุณลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์มากที่สุด ส่วนวิธีการตรวจสอบนั้นพบว่ามีขั้นตอนที่ชับซ้อนและหัวข้อการทดสอบที่ช้ำกัน รวมทั้งไม่มีการจัดลำดับในการตรวจสอบ (2) การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการตรวจสอบและติดตามผลอย่างใกล้ชิดพบว่าพนักงานมีความรู้ความเข้าใจวิธี การตรวจสอบและจำแนกผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ด้อยคุณภาพได้ ในขณะที่วิธีการตรวจสอบสามารถลดขั้นตอนและรวมขั้นตอนที่ซ้ำซ้อนในการตรวจสอบได้ 4 ขั้นตอน และนำระบบอิเล็กหรอนิกส์ไฟล์มาใช้แทนเอกสารเดิม ทำให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และลดระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบลงได้ (3) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการการตรวจสอบคุณภพพบว่า สามารถลดระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบด้วยตาเปล่าลงได้ 12 นาที ล็อต จากเดิมใช้เวลาในการตรวจสอบ 77.5 นาที/ล็อต และระยะเวลาการทดสอบสมรรถนะของผลิตภัณฑ์ลงได้ 22.3 นาที/ล็อต จากเดิมใช้เวลา 156.5 นาที/ล็อต รวมทั้งสามารถตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ได้เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 50 ล็อต จากเดิม 40 ล็อต นอกจากนี้ ในการตรวจสอบกุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ยังช่วยลดข้อร้องเรียกของลูกค้าได้ โดยการตรวจสอบพบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ด้อยกุณภาพก่อนที่จะถูกส่งออกไปสู่ลูกค้าส่งผลให้จำนวนข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าลดลงเหลือ 24 ครั้ง จากเดิม 60 ครั้ง (คิดเป็น 60 เปอร์เซ็นด์) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were (1) to study the cause of inefficient product inspection in hypodermic needle process; (2) to improve the efficiency of the inspection quality; and (3) to compare the inspection quality results of before improving process with after improving process. This study was an action research involving the study of quality inspection of the quality control department in hypodermic needle process of Nipro (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. The cause and effect diagram and the Why Why analysis were used to analyze the cause of problem. To increase the efficiency by training and using the quality control tools and operational chart including the ECRS principle: eliminate, combine, rearrange and simplify and the statistical process control tool: average and percentage of quality control comparison. The results showed that (1) the inspector and the inspection methods were the cause of inefficient product inspection respectively. The inspector lacked the skill and knowledge of inspection in terms of component and characteristic at high level. The complicated process, duplicated tests and no inspection ordering were the problems of the inspection methods; (2) the inspector understood and was able to classify the impaired products. The duplicated tests were reduced to 4 steps and the electronic file replaced the traditional one for accurate data and inspection shortened; and (3) the visual inspection was reduced 12 mins/lot from 77.5 mins/lot and the product testing was reduced 22.3 mins/lot from 156.5 mins/lot. The product inspection increased 50 lots from 40 lots. The impaired products were found before delivering to customers so that the customers’ complaints were reduced 60 percent from 60 to 24. | en_US |
