| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรศาลยุติธรรมในจังหวัดสระบุรี (2) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากรศาลยุติธรรมในจังหวัดสระบุรี และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของบุคลากรศาลยุติธรรมในจังหวัดสระบุรี การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ บุคลากรศาลยุติธรรมในจังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 154 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านความภาคภูมิใจในองค์กร ส่วนด้านผลตอบแทนที่พอเพียงและเป็นธรรมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด (2) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์การในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านบรรทัดฐานของสังคมและองค์กร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาด้านความต่อเนื่องและทุ่มเท และด้านความรู้สึกและการยอมรับตามลำดับ และ (3) ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรในภาพรวมพบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทิศทางบวกในระดับสูง(r=.896) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study (1) the quality of work life of personnel of the Saraburi Provincial Court (2) the organizational commitment of personnel of the Saraburi Provincial Court, and (3) the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of personnel of the Saraburi Provincial Court. The population of this quantitative research was 154 personnel at Saraburi Provincial Court. The questionnaire was an instrument to collect the data from all population. The data analysis was descriptive statistics of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics including Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the study revealed that (1) the level of quality of work life was overall at the highest level. For individual aspects, the chance of potential development was at the highest level while adequate and fair compensation was at the lowest level (2) the level of organizational commitment was overall at the highest level. As for individual aspects, normative commitment was at the highest level, followed by continuance commitment, and affective commitment respectively, and (3) the correlation between quality of working life and organizational commitment revealed that a high level of positive relationship (r=.896) with statistical significance at the .01 level | en_US |
