| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพการใช้สารสนเทศ และ (2) ปัญหาในการใช้ สารสนเทศของคณาจารย์คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในเขตภาคเหนือ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คณาจารย์คณะวิทยาการ จัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในเขตภาคเหนือ จำนวน 406 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยส่งทางไปรษณีย์และได้รับกลับคืนมา จำนวน 314 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 77.34 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คณาจารย์คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในเขตภาคเหนือส่วนใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการสอน ใช้เนื้อหาสารสนเทศด้านวิทยาการจัดการ โดยรวมในระดับปานกลาง โดยใช้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการทั่วไปมากเป็นอันดับแรก ส่วนด้านสารสนเทศทั่วไปใช้โดยรวมในระดับปานกลางโดยใช้เรื่องที่อยู่ในกลุ่มสังคมศาสตร์มากอันดับแรก รูปลักษณ์ของสารสนเทศที่ใช้มากเป็นอันดับแรกคือสื่อดิจิทัลประเภทอินเทอร์เน็ต แหล่งสารสนเทศที่ใช้ มากอันดับแรกคือแหล่งสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ระบบออนไลน์ ใช้สารสนเทศที่มีอายุ 1-5 ปีมากเป็น อันดับแรก และใช้สารสนเทศมากกว่าเดือนละ 5 ครั้ง บริการของห้องสมุดในสถาบันที่สังกัดที่ใช้มากเป็น อันดับแรก คือ บริการยืม-คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ การเข้าถึงสารสนเทศใช้วิธีการสืบค้นด้วยตนเองจาก ฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศมากเป็นอันดับแรก การใช้ฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์โดยรวมใช้ในระดับปานกลาง โดย ใช้ฐานข้อมูลด้านการวิจัยของไทย มากเป็นอันดับแรก ลักษณะการค้นและใช้งาน คือ ค้นหาจากหัวเรื่อง ชื่อเรื่อง ชื่อผู้เขียน และคำค้น และเลือกพิมพ์เฉพาะข้อมูลที่ต้องการ (2) ปัญหาการใช้ห้องสมุดในสถาบัน ที่สังกัดจำแนกเป็น 5 ด้าน ปัญหาเด่นที่พบ คือ ด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ เรื่องความพอเพียงและ ความทันสมัย ด้านพื้นที่และสภาพแวดล้อม เรื่องบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมของพื้นที่การบริการ ด้านอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกในการค้นหาสารสนเทศ เรื่องสมรรถนะและประสิทธิภาพ ของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านการบริการเรื่องช่วงเวลาเปิดบริการ และด้านบุคลากรเรื่องจิตบริการของ ผู้ให้บริการ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study (1) the status of information use and (2) problems encountered in obtaining and using information by the instructors of the Management Science Faculties at Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region. This research was a survey research. The population consisted of 406 instructors of Management Science Faculties in the Northern Region. Questionnaires were used for collecting data. The research questionnaires were sent via post and 314 (77.34%) were returned. Frequencies, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used to analyse data. The research found that (1) The instructors of the Management Science Faculties at Rajabhat Universities in the Northern Region mainly used information for the purpose of teaching. Management Science was the topic searched for at the moderate level and general administration was the main subtopic of interest. Meanwhile, General Science was also the topic searched for at moderate level and subtopics in the Social Sciences were the main interest. Online was the digital format mainly used and the Internet was the main source of information used. Information mainly used was 1-5 years old. Frequency of information use was at least 5 times per month.The library services mainly used were circulation services. Self-access was the main method used for database retrieval. The online database mainly used was the Thailand research database by using subject, title, author, and keyword. When they found the information needed print-out copies were generally made. (2) Among 5 categories of the problems the most significant problems was availability of sufficient and up to date resources, the library atmospheric environment, inefficient equipment and tools to access information, library opening hours and the service mind of the library staf | en_US |
