| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับทัศนคติการทำงานและระดับความภักดีต่อองค์การของพนักงานโรงแรมเมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์กบความภักดีต่อองค์การของพนักงานโรงแรมเมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต และ (3) ปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติการทำงานที่มีความสัมพันธ์กบความภักดีต่อองค์การของพนักงานโรงแรมเมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานโรงแรม เมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต จำนวน 413 คน และกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 203 ตัวอย่าง โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอยางแบบความสะดวก ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ทดสอบสมมติฐานดยใช้ค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับทัศนคติการทำงานและระดับความภักดีต่อองค์การของพนักงานโรงแรมเมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต แยกตามรายด้าน มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้าน เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส ตำแหน่งงาน และอายุการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความภักดีต่อองค์การของพนักงานโรงแรม เมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต อยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ทัศนคติการทำงาน ด้านลักษณะงานโอกาสกาวหน้าในการทำงาน สัมพันธภาพกับผู้บังคับบัญชา สัมพันธภาพกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ และนโยบายการบริหารขององค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กับความภักดีต่อองค์การของพนักงานโรงแรมเมอเวนพิค รีสอร์ทแอนด์ สปา กะรนบีช ภูเก็ต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the research were to study: (1) the level of work attitude and organizational loyalty of the employees of the Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket (2) personal factors related to organizational loyalty of employees of the Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket; and (3) the working attitude factors related to organizational loyalty of the employees of the Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket. This study is a survey research. The population used in the study is Staff of Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket, with 413 samples and a sample size of 203 samples. Use questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and test the hypothesis using chi square. The results showed that: (1) level of work attitude and organizational loyalty of employees of Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket (2) personal factors regarding sex, age, education level, marital status, employment status and working age; Relationship between organizational commitment and employee loyalty. Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket at the 0.05 level of significance; and (3) work attitude Job description Opportunity to work. Relationships with bosses. Relationships with colleagues working environment Compensation and welfare the organization's management policy was related to the organizational loyalty of the employees of Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach, Phuket at the 0.05 level of significance. | en_US |
