| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลิตรายการสารคดีต้นแบบเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จำนวน 3 รายการ เพื่อส่งกระจายเสียงทางสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงมหาวิทยาลัย เกษตรศาสตร์ (ม.ก.) จังหวัด เชียงใหม่และวิทยุอินเทอร์เน็ต การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระ เรื่อง รายการสารคดีต้นแบบ "เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง" สถานี วิทยุกระจายเสียงมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ (ม.ก.) จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นการศึกษาในรูปแบบการผลิต ต้นแบบรายการสารคดีวิทยุกระจายเสียง ความยาวรายการ 25 นาที จำนวน 3 รายการ โดยศึกษากระบวนการ ผลิตรายการ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) ขั้นการเตรียมการผลิตรายการ 2) ขั้นการผลิตรายการ 3) ขั้นหลังการผลิต รายการ รายการสารคดีต้นแบบ "เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง" หมายถึง รายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงในรูปแบบสาร คดีที่ผลิตขึ้นมาเพื่อใช้เป็นต้นเค้า หรือตัวอย่างในการผลิตรายการที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับความสำเร็จของผู้นำ ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ การผลิตรายการประกอบด้วยลักษณะสำคัญคือ 1) เป็นต้นแบบชิ้นงานที่ สร้างสรรค์จากแรงบันดาลใจของผู้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช 2) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเป็นตัวอย่างหรือต้นเค้าของรายการสารคดีวิทยุกระจายเสียง 3) มีความ สอดคล้องกับบริบทของชุมชน และ 4) มีการประเมินตามหลักวิชาการ จำนวน 3 รายการคือ (1) ครูประทุม "ครูหัวใจแกร่งผู้สืบทอดงานในหลวง" ตำบลสันป่ายาง อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (2) ต้นกล้าทฤษฎี ใหม่โรงเรียนป่าจี้วังแดงวิทยา ตำบลอินทขิล อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ (3) ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านพัฒนา เครือข่ายเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของชุมชน ตำบลดอนแก้ว อำเภอสารภี จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ "เพื่อสร้างคน เพื่อไป สร้างงาน" โดยกระบวนการผลิตรายการมี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ขั้นเตรียมการก่อนการผลิตรายการ ประกอบด้วย การศึกษาข้อมูล การตั้งวัตถุประสงค์รายการ กำหนดกลุ่มผู้ฟังเป้าหมาย ประเภทสารคดี ความยาวรายการ เวลาออกอากาศ ประเด็นเนื้อหา วางโครงสร้างรายการ รวบรวมข้อมูล เขียนบทวิทยุ ซักซ้อม 2) ขั้นการผลิต รายการ ประกอบด้วย การบันทึกเสียงและตัดต่อรายการ 3) ขั้นการประเมินรายการ ประกอบด้วย การ ตรวจสอบรายการและการประเมินรายการโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งมีผลการประเมินในระดับดีมาก แล้วนำผลมา ปรับปรุงรายการเป็นรายการที่สมบูรณ์ และนำไปออกอากาศทางสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงมหาวิทยาลัย เกษตรศาสตร์ (ม.ก.) จังหวัดเชียงใหม่และวิทยุอินเทอร์เน็ต | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research project was to produce 3 pilot episodes of a documentary radio program on the topic of sufficiency economy for broadcast on Kasetsart University's radio station in Chiang Mai Province and on internet radio. The research methodology consisted of radio program production, producing three 25-minute episodes, and studying the production process steps of 1) preparation; 2) production; and 3) post production. The "Settakij Porpiang" radio program was a pilot program that was intended to serve as a model for the production of documentary-style radio programs on the topic of demonstrating the success of farmers or other individuals who have followed H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej's Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The program production had the following characteristics: 1) the work was created out of the author's sense of inspiration about the sufficiency economy philosophy; 2) it was intended to be a model or framework for other similar radio programs; 3) it was compatible with the context of the target broadcast community; and 4) it was evaluated following academic principles. Three episodes were produced: 1) "Kru Prathum, a strong-willed teacher who is following through with His Majesty the King's work in San Ba Yang Sub-district, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province; 2) "A seedling of the New Theory of Agriculture at Pa Jee Wang Daeng Wittiya School in Inthakhin Sub-district, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province; and 3) "Village savant develops a community sufficiency economy network in Don Kaeo Sub-district, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province, to build up people who will build up the work." There were 3 steps to the radio program production process: 1) the preparation stage consisted of fact finding, goal setting, determining the target audience, deciding on the type of documentary, content, program length, and broadcast time, outlining the program structure, gathering information, writing the script and rehearsing; 2) the production stage consisted of recording and editing the program; and 3) the evaluation stage consisted of an examination and analysis of the program by a panel of qualified experts to gain recommendations for improvements, The program was evaluated as "very good" and after it was perfected, it was broadcast on Kasetsart University's radio station in Chiang Mai and via the Internet. | en_US |
