| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การเปิดรับ 2) ความพึงพอใจ และ 3) ความต้องการของผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยแม่สอด ระบบ FM. ความถี่ 103.75 MHz การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยแม่สอด ระบบ FM. ความถี่ 103.75 MHz ที่อยู่ในพื้นที่บริการ คือ อำเภอแม่สอด อำเภอแม่ระมาด อำเภอท่าสองยาง อำเภอพบพระ และอำเภออุ้มผาง จังหวัดตาก จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ฟังส่วนใหญ่เปิดรับฟังรายการของสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยแม่สอด ระบบ F.M. ความถี่ 103.75 MHz ที่บ้าน เปิดฟังรายการในช่วงเช้า เปิดฟังรายการ 2 – 3 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ชอบฟังรายการเสน่ห์ลูกทุ่งมากที่สุด ผู้ดำเนินรายการที่ชอบมากที่สุด คือ นายดิเรก ปินตาแก้ว 2) ผู้ฟังมีความพึงพอใจด้านประเภทรายการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความพึงพอใจรายการประเภทข่าว ข่าวสาร ในระดับมากที่สุด ผู้ฟังมีความพึงพอใจด้านรูปแบบรายการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความพึงพอใจรูปแบบรายการพูดคุยกับผู้ฟังมากที่สุด ผู้ฟังมีความพึงพอใจด้านความชัดเจนของเสียงในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความพึงพอใจต่อผู้ดำเนินรายการของสถานีในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนความพึงพอใจด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในรายการอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผู้ฟังมีความต้องการฟังรายการข่าวทั่วไปและข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับชุมชนท้องถิ่นมากที่สุด | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the exposure; 2) the satisfaction; and 3) the demands of listeners to Radio of Thailand Mae Sod F.M. 103.75 MHz radio. This was a survey research. The sample population was 400 listeners to Radio of Thailand Mae Sod F.M. 103.75 MHz radio in Mae Sod District, Mae Ramad District, Ta Songyang District, Pohp Phra District, and Umphang District of Mae Sod Province, chosen through accidental sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1 ) most of the listeners surveyed listened to Mae Sod Radio F.M. 103.75 MHz at home, in the morning, 2 - 3 days per week. The program they liked the most was Saneh Lukthung and their favorite program host was Direk Bintakaew. 2) Overall, the listeners surveyed were highly satisfied with the type of radio programs offered. They were most satisfied with the news programs. Overall, they were highly satisfied with the format of programs and they liked the format of call-in, talk with the listeners programs the most. Listeners were also highly satisfied with the clarity of audio signal and they were highly satisfied with the program hosts. Lastly, they were satisfied with listener participation in the programs. 3) Listeners surveyed had the highest demand for news programs and local community news | en_US |
