dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษเขต 3 และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3มีสุขภาพองค์การสมบูรณ์ทั้งในภาพรวมและจำแนกรายมิติ (2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน และ (3) สุขภาพองค์การและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	th_TH
