| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและแรงจูงใจของเภสัชกร (2) การคงอยู่ของเภสัชกร และ (3) ผลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและแรงจูงใจต่อการคงอยู่ของเภสัชกรที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดภาคใต้ ประชากรที่ศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เภสัชกรที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดภาคใต้ จำนวน 123 คน โดยศึกษาทุกหน่วยของประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของคอนบรา เท่ากับ 0.921 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เภสัชกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 40.19 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดเดียวกับที่ทำงาน สำเร็จการศึกษาจากสถาบันการศึกษาในภาคใต้ ระดับปริญญาตรี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ในช่วง 20,001-40,000 บาท ประสบการณ์การทำงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัด 16-20 ปี มีแรงจูงใจทั้งด้านปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) เภสัชกรมีการคงอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการคงอยู่ของเภสัชกร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านความมั่นคงในงาน และปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การคงอยู่ของเภสัชกรที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดภาคใต้ ได้ร้อยละ 53 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to explore: (1) personal and motivational factors of pharmacists; (2) the retention of pharmacists; and (3) the effects of personal and motivational factors on the retention of the pharmacists working on consumer protection in the southern Thailand’s provincial public health offices. The study was conducted in all 123 pharmacists working on consumer protection in the provincial public health offices. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.921, and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) among all 123 pharmacists/respondents, most of them were single women aged 40.19 years on average, single; they mostly had their hometowns in the same province as their work, had completed a bachelor’s degree from an institute in the South, had a monthly income of 20,001–40,000 baht, had been working on consumer protection in such provincial offices for 16–20 years, and had both motivational and maintenance factors at a high level; (2) the retention of pharmacists was at a high level; and (3) the factors influencing the retention of pharmacists were maintenance factor especially job security and motivational factor essentially job achievements, which could explain 53% of the pharmacists’ retention. | en_US |
