| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลสมุทรสาคร (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจกับสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วย โรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและ (3) ศึกษาตัวแปรพยากรณ์สมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพราบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกอายุรกรรมทั้งแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลสมุทรสาครที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานมากกว่า 6 เดือน จำนวน 117 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ตอน คือ (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (2) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ (3) สมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2 และ 3 เท่ากับ 0.87 และ 0.97 ามลำดับ และวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2 และ 3 ได้เท่ากับ 0.91 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับสมรรถนะ ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = 488, p<.001) และ (3) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านการ ได้รับโอกาส และการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจค้นอำนาจที่ไม่เป็นทางการ สามารถพยากรณ์ความแปรปรวนของสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้ร้อยละ 34.6 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 (R²- 346, p<.01) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the level of nurses’ competencies for caring patients with cardiovascular problems, (2) to investigate relationship between empowerment and nurses’ competencies for caring patients with cardiovascular problems; and (3) to examine predicted variables of nurses’ competencies for caring patients with cardiovascular problems at Samutsakhon hospital The sample of 117 professional nurses who had worked at least 6 months in the Medicine Department at Samutsakhon Hospital was selected by the multistage random sampling. The research tools were questionnaires comprising 3 sections: (1 ) personal data, ( 2 ) empowerment, and ( 3 ) nurses’ competencies for caring patients with cardiovascular problems. The questionnaires were verified for content validity by 3 experts. The content validity indexes of the second to the third sections were 0.87 and 0. 97; while, the Cronbach alpha coefficients of the second and the third sections were 0.91 and 0.97 respectively. Research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows. ( 1 ) Professional nurses rated their competencies for caring patients with cardiovascular problems at the high level. (2) There was the statistically significant moderately positive relationship between empowerment with nurses’ competencies for caring patients with cardiovascular problems (r =.488, p < .01). | en_US |
