| dc.description.abstract | โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่มีการใช้แรงงานในกระบวนการผลิต ซึ่งมีพนักงานต้องทำงาน ในสภาพแวดล้อมต่างๆ ที่อาจจะเป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพร่างกาย และ/ หรือในสภาพ การทำงานที่มีความเครียด มีอันตรายแอบแฝงอยู่ ก็อาจทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ บาดเจ็บ หรือตายจากการทำงาน และเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดเป็นโรคอันเนื่องมาจากการประกอบอาชีพบริษัท เค.เอฟ.พาราวูดจำกัด เป็นโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ทำการผลิต และจำหน่ายไม้ พาเลท ซึ่งมีสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่อาจจะเป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพของพนักงาน การจัดการความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานจึงมีความสำคัญในด้านการจัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน และผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท เพราะหากขาดการการจัดการที่ถูกต้องแล้วย่อมทำให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องปฏิบัติงานอย่างไม่ถูกต้องอาจประสบอันตราย หรือเป็นโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพซึ่งมีผลต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ สูญเสียงบประมาณ และชื่อเสียงบริษัทการจัดทำคู่มือ การจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานนี้มีวัตถุ ประสงค์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทำงให้ผู้บริหารและพนักงานใช้ เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยใน การทำงาน ไม่เกิดโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพ และเพิ่มผลผลิตให้โรงงานด้วยการจัด ทำคู่มือดังกล่าวได้จากการศึกษาข้อกำหนดและแนวทางของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับการกำหนดมาตรฐานในการจัดการความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกระทรวงแรงงานและแนวทางการควบคุมวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ไม้เพื่อการค้าระหว่างประเทศมาใช้คู่มือดังกล่าวมีเนื้อหา 5 บท ดังนี้ บทที่ 1 บทนำ และความเป็นมาข้อมูลบริษัท เค.เอฟ.พาราวูด จำกัด การบริหาร และการจัดการบริษัท บทที่ 2 มาตรการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย ในการทำงาน บทที่ 3 อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลในการทำงาน บทที่ 4 มาตรการป้องกันและระงับเหตุเพลิงไหม้ บทที่ 5 การปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการทำความสะอาดการจัดระเบียบพื้นที่ทำงานและมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Industry is a place that labour forces are usd in manufacturing processes. Employees have to work among various environment that may be harmful to health and / or stress working conditions and also hidden dangerous conditions that may cause accident, injury or death from working in risk conditions of occupational diseases. The K.F. Parawood Co., Ltd is an industry that produces and sells wooden pallets which has occupational environments that may be harmful to employees. Safety Management, Occupational Health and Working Environment is important to employees safety and the Company products. As lacking of proper management, it will cause employees and those involved who uncorrectly practice get dangers and occupational diseases which effect the products, budgets,and the company reputation. Manual preparation for Safety Management, Occupationnal Health and Working Environments has objeectives as guidelines for managers and employees to achieve safety at work, unoccurrence of occupational diseases but production increase. The manual preparation is accomplished by studying the concerning law reguirements and guidelines of the Dept. of Labour protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour and also the guidelines for Wooden Packaging Meterial for intercountry commercial .The manual has 5 Chapters; Chapter 1: Introduction and Background Information of the K.F. Parawood Co., Ltd. administration and management of the environmental measures , Chapter 2: Environment and Safety Measures., Chapter 3: Personal Protective Equipments., Chapter 4: Fire Prevention and Suppression Measures. and Chapter 5: Cleaning Pratice , House Keeping and Security Measures. | en_US |
