| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดทำรายงานสุขภาพจาก ฐานข้อมูลกลางของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์เพื่อใช้สนับสนุนการดำเนินการด้านการ ประเมินผลข้อมูลเชิงยุทธศาสตร์การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ เริ่มจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้และวิเคราะห์ระบบการทำงานเดิม จากนั้นผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูล โดยการจัดประชุมและใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยการจับฉลาก เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ ของผู้ใช้จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อนำไปออกแบบระบบใหม่ ประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างของระบบ ฐานข้อมูล รูปแบบรายงาน ส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้และระบบการสำรองข้อมูล เมื่อออกแบบเสร็จจึง ได้ดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบ ทดสอบระบบและติดตั้งระบบ โดยเครื่องมือในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ระบบ จัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล ระบบจำลองเครื่องแม่ข่าย อาปาเช่ เว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ การพัฒนาส่วน ต่อประสานผู้ใช้โดยโปรแกรมภาษาพีเอชพี และระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์ 8 ผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดทำรายงานสุขภาพจากฐานข้อมูลกลางของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ หน่วยงานมีระบบรายงานผลการปฏิบัติราชการ รายงานการประเมินยุทธศาสตร์ และข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดที่ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าใช้งานในการดูข้อมูลรายงานรวมทั้งผู้บริหารสามารถใช้งานดูรายงานประเมินผลงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการประเมินระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดทำรายงานสุขภาพจากฐานข้อมูลกลางของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้งานระบบด้านระบบรายงานผล ด้านตัวชี้วัด แสดงผลข้อมูล ด้านภาพรวมของระบบรายงานตัวชี้วัดพบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to develop an information system for health reports from the centralized database at Kalasin Provincial Public Health Office for uses in support of the work on evaluation of strategic information. This study was a research and development study. The database system development was based on the system development cycle, starting with a feasibility study and analysis of the original workflow system. After that, the researcher collected data through a random sample by taking logs of 30 people in order to obtain user requirement. The obtained information was used for designing a new information system composed of a system structure, a database, a report format, a user interface for the report, and a backup system. Upon completion of the system design, the system was developed, tested, and installed. The research tools included the MySQL database management system, a simulation server system, the Apache web server, the PHP Language program, and the Windows 8 operating system for development of the user interface component. As a result of this research, an information system for health reports was developed from the centralized database at Kalasin Provincial Public Health Office, containing performance reports, strategic evaluation report and indicators, available for anyone to use in order to study the information contained in the reports, and for administrators to use in order to evaluate work performance more efficiently. Evaluation results of the developed information system showed that the evaluators were highly satisfied with the four aspects of the information system, namely, the utilization of the system operation, the overview of the system report, the indicator reporting system, and the overview of the database system | en_US |
