| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดรูปแบบบริการ โดยสามีมีส่วนร่วมต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ที่โรงพยาบาลเถิน จังหวัดลำปาง ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน ถึง เดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2556 จำนวน 34 คน แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 17 คน โดยกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการบริการฝากครรภ์ตามปกติ และกลุ่มทดลองได้รับบริการฝากครรภ์ตามปกติร่วมกับให้สามีมีส่วนร่วม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ รูปแบบบริการโดยสามีมีส่วนร่วม และแบบสอบถามความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่พัฒนาโดยสมใจ พุทธาพิทักษ์ผล (2541) มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.86 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล โดยใช้ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบแมนวิทนีย์ ยู ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to examine the effects of husband participation service model on health responsibility of pregnant women. The sample consisted of 34 pregnant women who were attended at the Antenatal clinic at Thoen hospital, Lampang province during April to November 2013, and divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received the usual antenatal service, while the experimental group received the usual antenatal service plus the husband participation. The research instruments were the husband participation service model and the health responsibility of pregnant women questionnaire which developed by Somjai Puttapitukpol (2001), the reliability of this questionnaire was 0.86. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and The Mann-Whitney U test statistic. The research result found as, The health responsibility of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( p< .05) | en_US |
