| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วม (3)ระดับคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ และ(4)ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ กับคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 15189 และ ISO 15190 ของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ในมุมมองของผู้ให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลประชากรที่ศึกษาคือบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และพยาบาลที่ใช้ผลการตรวจจากห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 382 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อมูลด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และด้านคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 15189 และ ISO 15190 มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.96 และ0.96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการทดสอบสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่มีอายุเฉลี่ย 38.15 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีปฏิบัติงานในระดับปฏิบัติการ ระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานช่วง 6-10 ปี ไม่เคยได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นกรรมการเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพร้อยละ80.07 เข้ารับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพร้อยละ60.82 (2)ระดับการมีส่วนร่วม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.81 (3) ระดับคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.86 และ (4)ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาคุณภาพพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่อายุและระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ตามมุมมองของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และพยาบาลที่ใช้บริการจากห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ <0.001 (r=0.441) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this descriptive research study were to study (1) personal factors. (2) Participation level (3) Medical laboratory quality level and (4) related factors with medical laboratory quality according to ISO 15189 and ISO 15190 standards of community hospitals in the southern border provinces from the perspective of healthcare providers. The population is who use the service are medical personnel and nurses who use the results of Medical laboratories in community hospitals, the southern border provinces, overall are 382 people. The sample was randomized by a specific type of 291 people. The instruments used were: A questionnaire containing information on participation, and the quality of medical laboratory according to ISO 15189 and ISO 15190 with the reliability of 0.96 and 0.96 respectively. The statistics used in the data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation. Chi-square test and the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that: (1) most of the people had a mean age of 38.15 years, bachelor's degree. work at the operational level Working period 6-10 years, never been appointed as a member of quality development committee 80.07 percent, received training on quality improvement 60.82 percent; (2) participation level in overall was at a moderate level, an average of 2.81; (3) the medical laboratory quality level in overall was at a high level, with an average of 3.86; and (4) relative factors with the improvement in quality found that personal factors, age, and length of service were related to the quality of the medical laboratory. It was also found that participation in quality improvement was highly positively correlated with medical laboratory quality based on the perspectives of healthcare workers and nurses who using hospital medical laboratory services, the southern border provinces community, with the statistically significant level at <0.001 (r = 0.441) | en_US |
