| dc.description.abstract | การก่อสร้างโครงการรถไฟฟ้ามีประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการก่อสร้างหลายขั้นตอนหากมี การบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยที่ไม่ถูกต้อง อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย ของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน การจัดทำคู่มือความปลอดภัยการก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้ามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแนว ทางการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย ให้มีความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร ในด้านการ ก่อสร้างโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสามารถนาไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย ลดความ เสี่ยงและอันตรายในการปฏิบัติงาน ในกระบวนการก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้า วิธีการดำเนินการศึกษาได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ประสบประการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ จากการทำงาน ตำรา เอกสารทางวิชาการ และฐานข้อมูลทางอินเตอร์เน็ต ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการ ก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้า นำข้อมูลมาทบทวน เรียบเรียง เป็นคู่มือความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้า มีขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง ดังนี้ (1) ปิดกั้นจราจรสำหรับพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง (2) รื้อย้ายสาธารณูปโภค (3) ฐานราก (4) ตอกเข็มพืด (5) ขนย้าย, ขนส่งวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้าง (6) เสาคอลัมน์ (7) คานขวาง (8) คาน รองรับ และ (9) ติดตั้งผนังกั้นขอบทาง ที่ใช้เฉพาะสำหรับการก่อสร้างโครงการรถไฟฟ้า เพื่อให้เกิด ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน จากนั้นทำการประเมินคู่มือโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เพื่อพิจารณาตรวจสอบ และให้ข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาของคู่มือ ผลการศึกษาได้จัดทำคู่มือความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้า มีเนื้อหา5 บท ประกอบด้วย (1) บทนำ (2) กระบวนการก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้าและการประเมินความเสี่ยง (3) ขั้นตอน การปฏิบัติงานเพื่อความปลอดภัย (4) การดำเนินมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานและ (5) การตรวจความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้างรถไฟฟ้า | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Electric rail or train construction involves many construction activities or steps. Improper safety management may cause adverse health effects and reduce safety at worksite. So, this study aimed to create a safety manual for the construction of electric rail projects to be used as safety management guidelines for their workers, thereby promoting safety at work and reducing risk and danger at construction sites. The study involves the collection of information or data on or from various personal work experiences, textbooks, technical documents, and internet databases related to electric rail construction. All information and data were reviewed; and it has been noted that the e-train construction procedures including: (1) traffic blocking of construction areas; (2) demolition of public utilities; (3) foundation works; (4) sheet piling; (5) moving/transporting construction materials and equipment; (6) column installation; (7) crossbeam installation; (8) segment installation; and (9) installation of the edges of parapet walls. Then, a safety manual was prepared and afterwards sent for experts’ review \and comments, with which the manual was finalized. The result of the study is the safety manual for electric train construction, consisting of five chapters: (1) Introduction; (2) Electric Rail Construction Process and Risk Assessment; (3) Safety Operation Procedures; (4) Implementation of Operational Safety Measures; and (5) Safety Inspections in Electric Rail Construction | en_US |
