| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการบูรณาการระบบการจัดการ พลังงานร่วมกับระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม กรณีศึกษาบริษัท สหโคเจน (ชลบุรี) จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยนำข้อกาหนดระบบการจัดการพลังงานตามมาตรฐาน ISO 50001:2011 และ มอก.50001-2555 บูรณาการร่วมกับระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 14001:2004 และการจัดการพลังงานตามกฎหมายที่บริษัทฯ ดำเนินการอยู่ในปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้การพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กรเป็นไปอย่างยั่งยืน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโครงสร้างของมาตรฐานระบบการจัดการพลังงานคล้ายคลึงกับระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม จึงสามารถบูรณาการร่วมกันได้ค่อนข้างสมบูรณ์ โดยนำข้อกาหนดที่แตกต่างกันมากาหนดเพิ่มเติม ส่วนการจัดการพลังงานตามกฎหมายมีรายละเอียดบางส่วนที่ดาเนินการร่วมกันได้ จึงจัดทำขั้นตอนแนวทางการบูรณาการ และคู่มือการบูรณาการระบบการจัดการพลังงานร่วมกับระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ของบริษัท สหโคเจน (ชลบุรี) จากัด (มหาชน) ที่มีโครงสร้างดังนี้ (1) บทนำ (2) กระบวนการผลิตไฟฟ้าและไอน้ำ (3) นิยามศัพท์ (4) ระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป นโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน การวางแผน การปฏิบัติและการดำเนินการ การตรวจสอบและการทบทวนการบริหารงาน โดยมีขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานและวิธีปฏิบัติงานเป็นแนวทางประกอบการบูรณาการระบบการจัดการ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this independent study was to provide an integration manual of Environmental Management System and Energy Management System for the Sahacogen (Chonburi) Public Company Limited. The manual was accomplished by integrating the Energy Management System standard ISO 50001:2011 and TIS 50001-2555 with the Environmental Management System standard ISO 14001:2004 and the energy management system by laws which was currently performed in order to develop sustainable corporate management. The study found that the structure of the Energy Management System was similar to the Environmental Management System thus they could be completely integrated by combining different terms as additional items whereas the energy management system by laws had details that could be proceeded together. Therefore, the establishment of the integration manual of Environmental Management System and Energy Management System for the Sahacogen (Chonburi) Public Company Limited had structures as follows: 1) Introduction; 2) Production of Electricity and Steam; 3) Definitions; and 4) Environmental and Energy Management Systems which consisted of general requirements, energy and environmental policy, planning, implementation and operation, checking and management review which had procedures as guidelines for integration management system | en_US |
