| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลไปปฏิบัติของข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลไปปฏิบัติของข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยภายในองค์กรที่มีผลต่อการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลไปปฏิบัติของข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมืองประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมืองจำนวน 180 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 124 ราย ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากร 2 กลุ่ม ที่เป็นอิสระจากกัน และการทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากกว่าสองกลุ่ม และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยวิธีถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลไปปฏิบัติของข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าหลักภาระรับผิดชอบมีการนำไปปฏิบัติมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ หลักความมีส่วนร่วม หลักความเสมอภาค ตามลำดับ (2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลไปใช้ในการดำเนินงานของข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ไม่แตกต่างกัน(3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลไปปฏิบัติของข้าราชการตำรวจสถานีตำรวจนครบาลดอนเมือง พบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระมีความสัมพันธ์ 1 ตัวแปร มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านกลยุทธ์ โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 18.3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were: (1) to study the good governance implementation level of police officers in Don Mueang Police Station; (2) to compare the opinion of the good governance implementation level, classified by personal characteristics; and (3) to study factors affecting the good governance implementation of police officers in Don Mueang Police Station. The population in this study were 180 police officers in Don Mueang Police Station. The 124 samples were selected by using stratified random sampling methodology. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA for analyzing the difference and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis for analyzing the relationship. The results of the study found that: (1) the overall of good governance implementation of police officers in Don Mueang Police Station was at the highest level. When considering in each aspect, accountability was the highest level of good governance implementation; followed by participation, equity, respectively. (2) The overall comparison of good governance implementation, classified by personal characteristics was not statistically different. (3) Overall factors affecting the good governance implementation was one independent variable at 0.05 statistical significance, the variable was the strategy factor. Predictably, 31.3% were statistically significant at the 0.05 level. | en_US |
