dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับพฤติกรรมการสอนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับพฤติกรรมการการสอนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ประการศึกษา 2566 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใชตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้จำนวน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 328 คน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและพฤติกรรมการสอนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 และ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม การมีวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง การสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการบริหารความเสี่ยง 2) พฤติกรรมการสอนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมการคิด การส่งเสริมอิสระทางความคิดของนักเรียน การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สร้างสรรค์และหลากหลาย และการกระตุ้นให้เกิดจินตนาการในการแก้ปัญหา และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับพฤติกรรมการสอนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของครูในสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study (1) the innovative leadership level of school administrators; (2) the level of creative teaching behaviors of teachers; and (3) the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and creative teaching behaviors of teachers in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 328 teachers in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 during the 2022 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on innovative leadership of school administrator and creative teaching behaviors of teacher, with reliability coefficients of .96 and .96, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.The research findings revealed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of innovative leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of innovative leadership could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the working as a team and participation; the possession of transformational vision; the creation of innovative organization atmosphere; the possession of creative thinking; and the risk management; (2) both the overall and specific aspects of creative teaching behaviors of the teachers were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of creative teaching behaviors could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the having interaction between the teacher and the students to enhance thinking; the promotion of freedom of thinking of the students; the creative and diversified learning management; and the encouragement of the students to have imagination in solving problems; and (3) innovative leadership of the school administrators positively correlated at the moderate level with creative teaching behaviors of the teachers in the schools, which was significant at the .01 level.	en_US
