Guidelines for Digital Leadership Development of School Administrators in Thammarak Network Center 1 under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study digital leadership of school administrators in Thammarak Network Center 1 under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and (2) to study guidelines for development of digital leadership of the school administrators. The research sample consisted of 140 teachers in schools in Thammarak Network Center 1 under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 during the 2023 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on the proportion of teachers in each school. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The key research informants being interviewed were five educational personnel comprising the associate director of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the chairperson of Thammarak Network Center 1, and three school directors who had experience and participated in being responsible for development of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The employed research tools were a questionnaire on digital leadership of school administrator, with reliability coefficient of .92; and a semi-structured interview form concerning guidelines for development of digital leadership of school administrator. Research data were analyzed with the use of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.The research findings revealed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of digital leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of digital leadership could be ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom as follows: the digital knowledge; the digital cooperation; the digital communication; and the digital vision, respectively; and (2) as for guidelines for development of digital leadership of the school administrators, it was found that (2.1) Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 should organize workshop training programs in both theory and practice to enable the school administrators to realize the importance of digital leadership and be able to utilize digital leadership in development of the administration system of their schools; (2.2) the network centers should have the policy on development of the school administrators’ knowledge and abilities on using appropriate digital technology, and they should develop the school administrators to enable them to determine the direction and strategy for application of up-to-date technology; and (2.3) the school administrators should develop themselves by seeking additional knowledge in order to develop their own digital technology; they should create the cooperation within the school in taking digital platforms to be utilized for promotion of new learning models; and they should formulate clear plans and determine clear targets to create work performance networks in both within and outside the school.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายที่ 1 (ธรรมารักษ์) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 และ (2) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาดังกล่าว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาศูนย์เครือข่ายการศึกษาที่ 1 (ธรรมารักษ์) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 140 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นสุ่มตามสัดส่วนจำนวนครูในแต่ละสถานศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 5 คน ได้แก่ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประธานศูนย์เครือข่ายการศึกษา และผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์และร่วมรับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .92 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ดิจิทัล ด้านความร่วมมือดิจิทัล ด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล และด้านวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ตามลำดับ และ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า (2.1) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ควรมีการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและสามารถนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลไปใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารสถานศึกษา (2.2) ศูนย์เครือข่ายการศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ควรมีนโยบายในการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสม และควรพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ให้สามารถกำหนดทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ในการนำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาประยุกต์ใช้ และ (2.3) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรพัฒนาตนเองโดยการแสวงหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของตนเอง และควรสร้างความร่วมมือในสถานศึกษาในการนำแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลไปใช้ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบใหม่ ๆ รวมทั้งวางแผนและกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนเพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายในการทำงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถานศึกษา
