The Relationship Between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and Academic Administration of Schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study (1) the creative leadership level of school administrators; (2) the academic administration level of schools; and (3) the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and academic administration of schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 305 school administrators and teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size and then simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire with reliability coefficients of .88 and .91 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.The research findings revealed that (1) the overall creative leadership of the school administrators was rated at the high level; the specific aspects of creative leadership of the school administrators could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the possession of flexibility and adjustment, the possession of creative thinking, the use of technology and innovations, the working as a team, and the possession of vision; (2) the overall academic administration of the schools was rated at the high level; the specific aspects of academic administration of the schools could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes, the educational supervision, the school-based curriculum development, the research for development of educational quality, the instructional management, and the development of educational media and technology; and (3) creative leadership of the school administrators and academic administration of the schools correlated positively at the high level which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance, with the correlation coefficient of 0.76.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 305 คน ได้มาโดยใช้ตารางของเครซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาและสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .88 และ .91 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี การทำงานเป็นทีม และการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การวัดผลและการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ การนิเทศการศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนาสื่อและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.76
