dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก 2) สภาพการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในอำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก จดทะเบียนวิสาหกิจ ชุมชนกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ในปี พ.ศ. 2566 จำนวนรวมทั้งหมด 265 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 160 ราย เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสัมภาษณ์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดลำดับ และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 56.16 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีระยะเวลาเป็นสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนเฉลี่ย 6.59 ปี มีความถี่ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเฉลี่ย 9.01 ครั้ง/ปี มีรายได้ในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 157,200.00 บาท/ปี มีรายได้จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวิสาหกิจชุมชนเฉลี่ย 2,526.71 บาท/ปี 2) วิสาหกิจชุมชนส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการชักชวนของผู้นำ มีแหล่งเงินทุนจากการระดมทุนจากสมาชิก ไม่มีหนี้สิน จำหน่ายสินค้าภายในอำเภอ และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอ/สำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัด 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ของครัวเรือน 4) ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชนอยู่ในระดับน้อย ประเด็น ด้านการวางแผน กลุ่มไม่มีการวางแผนถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนาสมาชิกรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อสืบทอดงานสู่รุ่นต่อไป ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประเด็น ด้านการจัดการองค์กร กลุ่มควรมีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลทางการเงิน และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ให้สมาชิกทราบอยู่เสมอ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research are to study 1) the social and economic conditions of community enterprise members 2) the operating conditions of community enterprises 3) factors affecting the operations of community enterprises 4) to study problems and suggestions. About the operations of community enterprises. The population in the study is community enterprise members in Mueang Tak District, Tak Province, registered as community enterprises with the Department of Agricultural Extension in 2023, totaling 265 people. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's formula at a tolerance level of 0.05, resulting in a sample size of 160 people. Data were collected using a simple random sampling method. The tool used to collect data was an interview form. and used to analyze the data using frequency distribution, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation, ranking, and multiple regression statistics. The results of the study found that 1) Most community enterprise members were female, with an average age of 56.16, and had completed primary school. The average length of time as a community enterprise member was 6.59 years. Participating in community enterprise activities on average 9.01 times/year, with an average household income of 157,200 baht/year, with an average income from participating in community enterprise activities of 2,526.71 baht/year. 2) Most community enterprises arise from the persuasion of leaders, source of funds from fundraising from members, no debt, and sell products within the district. and received support from the District Agricultural Office/Provincial Agricultural Office. 3) Factors affecting the operation of community enterprises Statistically significant (p<0.05) include age, education level. and household income. 4) Problems in the operation of community enterprises were at a low level, especially the issue planning aspect the group has no plans to transfer knowledge and develop new members. To pass on work to the next generation. Suggestions regarding the operations of community enterprises at the highest level especially the issue of Organizational management. The group should have financial disclosures. and other information for members to always know.	en_US
