Development of Animation Media on Industrial Waste Management According to ISO14001:2015 standards

Abstract

The objectives of this research on the development of animation media on industrial waste management according to the ISO 14001:2015 standard were: 1) to develop animated media for providing knowledge on waste management in an industrial plant; 2) to assess knowledge before and after using animation media for waste management in the industrial plant; and 3) to evaluate satisfaction with using animation media for waste management in the industrial plant, all according to the ISO 14001:2025 standard.This quasi-experimental study using a one-group pretest-posttest design was conducted in Pathum Thani province and used tools including a 13-minute animation video, pre- and post-test forms, and a satisfaction questionnaire that had been validated by three experts. Participants were 30 workers of an automotive parts manufacturing plant in the province selected using purposive sampling. The data were collected and then analysed using mean, standard deviation and paired t-test.The results revealed that: 1) the animated media for waste management in industrial plants according to the ISO 14001:2015 standard had high to very high levels of evaluation scores for all items as rated by the experts; 2) a comparison of scores before and after the training showed, out of the maximum score of 15, the average post-training score was 13.6, which was significantly higher than the average pre-training score of 10.1 (P =0.05); and 3) the levels of satisfaction with the animation media were high to very high.

การพัฒนาสื่อแอนิเมชันการจัดการขยะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001:2015 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) จัดทำสื่อแอนิเมชันให้ความรู้เรื่องการจัดการขยะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001:2015 2) ประเมินความรู้ก่อนและหลังการใช้สื่อแอนิเมชันการจัดการขยะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001:2015 และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้สื่อแอนิเมชันการจัดการขยะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001:2015 งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบศึกษากลุ่มเดียววัดก่อน-หลังการทดลอง เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบไปด้วยสื่อแอนิเมชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นวิดีทัศน์ความยาว 13 นาที ให้ความรู้เรื่องวิธีการคัดแยกขยะและการรวบรวมขยะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม แบบประเมินความรู้ก่อนและหลังการใช้สื่อแอนิเมชัน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้สื่อแอนิเมชัน ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 คน จากนั้นนำสื่อแอนิเมชันดังกล่าวไปอบรมให้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นพนักงานในฝ่ายผลิตของโรงงานประกอบชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์แห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 30 คน ที่คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ทำแบบทดสอบความรู้ก่อนและหลังอบรม และทำแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจหลังการอบรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบทีแบบจับคู่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สื่อแอนิเมชันการจัดการขยะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001:2015 มีผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุดทุกรายการ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังอบรม พบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังอบรมโดยภาพรวมคือ 13.60 คะแนน มีค่าสูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนอบรมคือ 10.10 คะแนนจากคะแนนเต็ม 15 คะแนน โดยผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังอบรมมีค่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.05 และ 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อแอนิเมชันอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด
