| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตเห็ดตับเต่า 2) การผลิตเห็ดตับเต่าตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรกร และ 4) ความต้องการความรู้และแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตเห็ดตับเต่าตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร ตำบลสามเรือน อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตเห็ดตับเต่าในพื้นที่ตำบลสามเรือน อำเภอบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และขึ้นทะเบียนการผลิตเห็ดตับเต่ากับสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอบางปะอินในปี 2563 จำนวน 82 คน ศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ คำาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 56.1 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 60.09 ปี จบการศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.63 คน จำนวนแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 1.95 คน รายได้จากการผลิตเห็ดตับเต่าเฉลี่ย 55,741.28 บาทต่อปี พื้นที่ผลิตเห็ดตับเต่าเฉลี่ย 1.36 ไร่ 2) เกษตรกรทั้งหมดมีการผลิตตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมาก 6 ประเด็น ได้แก่ น้ำ พื้นที่ปลูก วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตร การเก็บเกี่ยวและการปฏิบัติหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว การพักผลิตผล การขนย้ายในแปลงปลูก การเก็บรักษา และการจัดการคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยว และสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคล สำหรับประเด็นที่ยังปฏิบัติที่ระดับน้อย คือ การบันทึกข้อมูลและการตามสอบ 3) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ การจดบันทึกข้อมูล และภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น น้ำท่วม เกษตรกรเสนอแนะเรื่องการบันทึกที่อ่านเข้าใจง่าย และเตรียมวางแผนการผลิตก่อนช่วงฤดูน้ำหลาก และ 4) ต้องการความรู้ระดับมากที่สุดเกี่ยวกับการจัดการแหล่งน้ำ การเตรียมพื้นที่ผลิตเห็ดตับเต่า การป้องกันและกำจัดโรค การจัดการคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยว และหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว การเก็บรักษา และการขนย้ายผลิตผล สุขลักษณะของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน การบันทึกข้อมูล การแปรรูปผลผลิต การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และการตลาด แนวทางการส่งเสริม คือ ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรส่งเสริมองค์ความรู้ การแปรรูป ผ่านช่องทาง ได้แก่ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์จากโปสเตอร์ และผ่านวิธีการส่งเสริม ได้แก่ การบรรยาย และการจัดทัศนศึกษา | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) basic social and economic conditions of Bolete (Boletus colossus Heim) production farmers 2) the Bolete (Boletus colossus Heim) production according to good agricultural practice of farmers 3) problems and suggestions of farmers and 4) knowledge needs and extension guidelines of Bolete production according to good agricultural practice of farmers in Sam Ruean Sub-district, Bang Pa-in District, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The population in this research was 82 Bolete production farmers in the area of Sam Ruean sub-district, Bang Pa-In district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province who had registered with Bang Pa-In agricultural office in 2020. There was no random sampling. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the research revealed that 1)56.1% of farmers were female with the average age of 60.09 years old, completed elementary school education, had the average member in the household of 3.63 people, had the average labor in the household of 1.95 people, earned the average income from Bolete production of 55,741.28 Baht/year, and had the average Bolete production area of 1.36 Rai. 2) All of the farmers practiced according to good agricultural practice at the high level in 6 aspects such as water, production area, agricultural hazardous substance, harvest and post harvest practices, product resting, transportation within the crops, restoration, and quality management in the production prior to the harvest and personal hygiene. For the aspects that practiced at the low level was on data recording and follow-up. 3) Farmers faced with the problems at the moderate level such as data recording and natural disaster like flooding. Farmers suggested easy to read recordings and prepare production plans before the flood season. 4) Farmers needed knowledge at the highest level regarding water management, Bolete production area preparation, disease protection and control, quality management in the production process prior and post harvest, restoration, product transportation, hygiene of the operators, data recording, product processing, product development, and marketing. The extension guideline included the agricultural extension officers promoted the knowledge and processing through channels such as publication media from poster and through extension methods such as lecturing and field trips. | en_US |
