| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะทั่วไปของเกษตรกร 2) ความต้องการสารสนเทศการผลิตข้าวในแอพพลิเคชั่นระบบที่ปรึกษาชาวนาไทย 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นระบบที่ปรึกษาชาวนาไทย และ 4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นระบบที่ปรึกษาชาวนาไทยของเกษตรกร ประชากร คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผ่านการอบรมการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นฯ จาก 6 จังหวัดภาคกลาง จำนวน 600 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเนที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 152 ราย สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีอายุเฉลี่ย 47 ปี จบการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมีรายได้เฉลี่ยเดือนละ 12,716 บาท และมีรายจ่ายเฉลี่ยเดือนละ 10,838 บาท ทั้งหมดใช้โทรศัพท์สมาร์ท โดยใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตผ่านเครือข่ายมือถือในการรับและส่งข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์และใช้สื่อออนไลน์ต่อวัน เฉลี่ย 4 ชั่วโมง 20 นาที 2) เกษตรกรต้องการสื่อสารสนเทศการผลิตข้าวระดับมากที่สุด คือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตข้าว โดยมีการจัดหมวดหมู่เนื้อหาข้อมูลให้ครอบคลุมทุกประเด็นมีการประมวลผลถูกต้องแม่นยำ และสามารถเชื่อมต่อแหล่งข้อมูลภาพและวิดีโอ สำหรับการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น เกษตรกรมีความเข้าใจการใช้งานระดับมาก และมีความต้องการฟังก์ชันของแอพพลิเคชันในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ แหล่งเรียนรู้ข้อมูลข้าว การประเมินพันธุ์ข้าว สภาพอากาศ ราคาข้าว โปรไฟล์ผู้ใช้งาน ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานในระดับมาก คือ ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต ข้อมูลสื่อสารสนเทศในแอพพลิเคชั่น และด้านการทำงานของแอพพลิเคชั่น 3) เกษตรกรประสบปัญหาในการใช้งานระดับมาก คือ อุปกรณ์ไม่รองรับแอพพลิเคชั่น เนื้อหาข้อมูลไม่ครอบคลุมโดยมีข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับหน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานเอกชน คือ ควรมีการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้งานก่อนนำมาจัดทำและพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชั่น 4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นต้องมีการจัดหมวดหมู่เนื้อหา ให้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ เข้าใจง่าย โดยส่งเสริมการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชันผ่านหน่วยงานรัฐ เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ นักวิชาการเกษตร นักส่งเสริม และผู้นำในท้องถิ่น โดยวิธีการฝึกอบรม | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) general characteristics of farmers 2) needs for information about rice production in Thai farmer advisor system application 3) problems and suggestions regarding the usage of Thai farmer advisor system application and 4) extension need in the use of Thai farmer advisor system application of farmers. The population of this research was 600 farmers who had attended the training on how to use Thai farmer advisor system application from 6 provinces in the central region. The ample size of 152 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.07 and simple random sampling method. Interview forms were used. Data were analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, means, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that 1) most of the farmers had the average age of 47 years old, completed higher secondary education, had the average monthly income of 12,716 Baht, and had the average expense of 10,838 Baht/month. All of them got smartphones and used internet through mobile networks in receiving and sending information through Line application. They used online media at 4 hours and 20 minutes per day on average. 2) Farmers needed information media regarding rice production at the highest level on rice production information analysis by categorizing content to cover every aspect with accurate and precise data processing and able to connect pictures and video resources for the application usage. Farmers understood the usage at the high level and needed application function at the highest level on learning source about rice information, rice type assessment, and user profile. Factors related to the usage at the high level were such as internet system, information media data in the application, and application operation. 3) Farmers faced with the problems regarding the usage at the high level on the issues of equipments not supporting the application and the content did not cover all the aspects. Suggestion would be that the government agencies and private entities should collect data from the users prior to making and developing the application. 4) The application usage extension needed to have data classification that was accurate, precise, and easy to understand. The extension of the application usage should be through government agencies, government officers, subject matter specialists, extensionists, and local leaders via trainings. | en_US |
