| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของเกษตรกร 2) การได้รับความรู้ และความรู้ของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์ในการเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 3) ความต้องการของเกษตรกรในการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานเพื่อเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี และ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรกรในการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานเพื่อเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรที่สมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรแบบแปลงใหญ่ของจังหวัดนครพนม ปี 2563 จำนวน 106 ราย โดยศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกร ร้อยละ 61.3 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 52.79 ปี ร้อยละ 91.5 จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกข้าวโพดหวานเฉลี่ย 7.98 ปี ร้อยละ 84.0 ไม่มีตำแหน่งทางสังคมร้อยละ 67.9 ได้รับการชักชวนจากคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกกลุ่ม มีจำนวนแรงงานภายในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย จำนวน 2.79 คน มีพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 6.51 ไร่ มีพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวโพดหวาน เฉลี่ย 3.01 ไร่ 2) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 97.1 ได้รับการความรู้จากการฝึกอบรม สัมมนา แหล่งความรู้จากสื่อบุคคล คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ คือ เอกสารเผยแพร่ และสื่อออนไลน์ คือ ยูทูป เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์ในการเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ในภาพรวมในระดับมาก 3) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานเพื่อเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความต้องการในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนปัจจัยการผลิต และการยกระดับมาตรฐานและเพิ่มมูลค่าการผลิต 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานเพื่อเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยมีปัญหาในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการผลิต และด้านการตลาด และเกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวโพดหวานเพื่อเข้าสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเห็นด้วยในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ด้านการส่งเสริมการเกษตร ด้านการผลิต ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านการตลาด | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) general conditions of farmers 2) the receiving of knowledge and knowledge of farmers regarding the criteria in enrolling into good agricultural practice certification 3) needs of farmers in sweet corn production for receiving good agricultural practice certification and 4) problems and suggestions of farmers in the extension of sweet corn production to good agricultural practice certification. The population of this research was 106 farmers who participated in the collaborative farming extension system project of Nakhon Phanom province in 2020. The sample size was from the entire population. This research was a survey research. Structured interview form was utilized. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) 61.3% of farmers were female with the average age of 52.79 years old, 91.5% completed primary school education, had the average experience in sweet corn production of 7.98 years, 84.0 % held no social position, 67.9% received the invitation from committees and group members, had the average level in the household of 2.79 people, owned the average agricultural area of 6.51 Rai, and had the average sweet corn production area of 3.01 Rai. 2) 97.1% of farmers received knowledge from training, seminar, knowledge resources from personal media who was agricultural extension officers. Second to that were publication media which was publicized documents and online media such as YouTube. Farmers had knowledge about the criteria in getting certification for good agricultural practice, overall, at the high level.3) Farmers needed sweet corn production for good agricultural practice certification, overall, at the high level in 2 aspects: support for production factors and standard raising and product value increasing. 4) Farmers faced with the problems regarding the extension in sweet corn production for good agricultural practice certification, overall, at the low level. The problems at the moderate level in 2 aspects: production and marketing. Farmers agreed with the suggestions in the extension of sweet corn production to receive good agricultural practice certification, overall, at the high level. They agreed at the high level in 4 aspects: agricultural extension, production, management, and marketing. | en_US |
