| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 8 และ 2) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะการ ส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 8 ประชากรในการศึกษาได้แก่พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 8 ที่มีระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่ 1 ปีขึ้นไป ในงานผู้ป่วยนอก งานผู้ป่วยใน งานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน งานห้องคลอด และห้องผ่าตัด สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของโรงพยาบาล ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 404 คน เครื่องมีอที่ใช้ ได้แก่แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนชึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 45 ข้อ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 ท่าน คำนวณดัชนีความสอดคคล้องของเนี้อหารายข้อ และทดสอบความเที่ยงโดยการทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มที่มีลักษณะ เช่นเดียวกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน ได้ค่าความเที่ยง= 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการ วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการที่ 8 โดยรวมและรายด้านส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น สมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพมีระดับปานกลาง 2) สมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 45 ข้อมี 8 องค์ประกอบอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 60.56 ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 สมรรถนะการ บริหารจัดการการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 32.54 (9 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ 2 สมรรถนะ การจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 8.20 (7 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ สมรรถนะการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 5.20 (9 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ 4 สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อการป้องกันสุขภาพ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 3.82 (4 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ 5 สมรรถนะการประเมินสุขภาพกลุ่มเสี่ยง อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 3.13 (3 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ 6 สมรรถนะการจัดเรียนรู้การดูแลสุขภาพ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 2.82 (5 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ 7 สมรรถนะการพิทักษสิทธิและเคารพความเชื่อส่วนบุคคล อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 2.53 (3 ข้อ) องค์ประกอบที่ 8 สมรรถนะการกำหนดเซิงนโยบายการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 2.32 (3 ข้อ) ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยคึอ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนควรมีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้าน การบริหารจัดการ และการสนับสนุนจากเครือข่ายเชิงรุกและแกนนำในชุมชนเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการด้าน ส่งเสริมสุขภาพให้ดียิ่งขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive research were to study the level and the components of health promotion competencies of nurses at the community hospitals in Inspection Region 8. Population consisted of professional nurses who were in charge of out patient units, inpatient units, emergency care units, delivery rooms, and operation rooms for more than one year. Stratified random sampling was used to select subjects. The sample comprised 404 nurses. The health promotion competencies of professional nurses in community hospitals questionnaires were developed and included 45 items, scored on a five-point Likert scale. Content validity was examined by nine experts. Content validity index was calculated for each item. Reliability was tested in thirty subjects. The reliability scale was .95. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and factor analysis. The findings were as follows: (A) Nurses rated that they had health promotion competencies in each category at the high level, whereas only the management of health promotion competence was rated at the moderate level. (B) Factor analysis of 45 items yielded that eight factors accounted for 60.56 % of the total variance. These factors were (1) Factor 1 Management (9 items) accounted for 32.54 % ,(2) Factor 2 Created environment (7 items) accounted for 8.20 %, (3) Factor 3 Change agents (9 items) accounted for 5.20 %, (4) Factor 4 Nursing practice (5 items) accounted for 3.82 %, (5) Factor 5 Risk factor assessment (3 items) accounted for 3.13 %, (6) Factor 6 Knowledge management (5 items) accounted for 2.82 %. (7) Factor 7 Human right and personal belief (3 items) accounted for 2.53 %, and (8) Factor 8 Policy (3 items) accounted for 2.32 % of the total variance. The results suggested that nurses who work in the community hospitals should develop their health promotion competencies in terms of (1) management and (2) cooperation and support from both leaders of communities and their proactive networks.
