| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านบุคคลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ (2) ศึกษาระดับภาพลักษณ์ตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ (3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านบุคคลที่มีต่อ ภาพลักษณ์ตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ศูนย์การแพทย์สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราช กุมารี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานสังกัด ฝ่ายการพยาบาล ศูนย์การ แพทย์สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี จำนวน 209 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบ สอบ ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลปัจจัยด้านบุคคล แบบประเมินภาวะสุขภาพและแบบวัดภาพลักษณ์ตนเอง ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4 คน และวิเคราะห์ ค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีอายุระหว่าง 26-30 ปี ร้อยละ 43.9 มีการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 59.0 เป็นพยาบาลระดับปฏิบัติการ รัอยละ 90.7 มีประสบการณ์ในการ ทำงาน 0-5 ปี รัอยละ 65.4 และมีภาวะสุขภาพระดับดีเยี่ยมร้อยละ 70.2 (2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีการ รับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ตนเองในระดับมาก และ (3) การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและระดับตำแหน่งงานมีความ สัมพันธ์กับภาพลักษณ์ตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ สามารถร่วมทำนายได้รัอยละ 5.3 (R2= 0.053) ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัย ควรมีการส่งเสริมภาวะ สุขภาพและความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ เพื่อให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพ รู้สึกถึงความมีคุณค่าและความสำเร็จ ในตนเอง สามารถปฏิบัติการพยาบาลที่มีคุณภาพและมีความเป็นวิชาชีพอย่างเต็มศักยภาพ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the influence of personal factors on the self-image of professional nurses, (2) to examine the self-image level of professional nurses, and (3) to study the influences of personals factors to the self-image of professional nurses at Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhom Medical Center. The subjects were 209 professional nurses who worked at the Nursing Department. Questionnaires were used as the research instruments and consisted of three parts: (1) personal data (2) assessment of health status and (3) self-image analysis of professional nurses. The content validity of the questionnaires was verified and approved by four nursing education experts. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of the third part was 0.94. Statistical devices used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regressions. The research results are as follows. (1) Nearly a half of professional nurse aged between twenty-six to thirty years old (43.9%) more than half earned bachelor degree (59.0%), most were at operational nurse level (90.7%), they had between 0-5 years experiences (65.4%), and they perceived the health situation in excellence (70.2%). (2) Professional nurses rated their self- image at the high level. Finally, (3) The perception on health status and positions in their work are statistically significant in line with their self-image (p < 0.05), and they could predict 5.3% of the professional nurses self-image (R2=0.053). As a result, the Medical Center should support the health situations and professional development in order to build up their self-image, their emotional self-esteems, and lead to their improved professional performance in health care | en_US |
