| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคลของเกษตรตำบล (2) ความคิดเห็นต่อความจาเป็นของเกษตรตาบล และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องของระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตร และการปฏิบัติงานตามระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรของเกษตรตำบล (3) ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรตำบลและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องต่อการนำระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรมิติใหม่ MRCF ไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรตำบลและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องต่อระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคลของเกษตรตาบล จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี เดือนเฉลี่ย 23,035.26 บาท และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเฉลี่ย 13.92 ปี ส่วนมากเกษตรตำบล 1 คนต้องรับผิดชอบ 2 ตาบล ระยะทางไปปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่เฉลี่ย 22.64 กิโลเมตร ใช้รถยนต์ของตนเองเดินทางไปทางานในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ พื้นที่ทำงานและภูมิลำเนาส่วนใหญ่ อยู่ในพื้นที่อำเภอและจังหวัดเดียวกัน (2) ความคิดเห็นต่อความจำเป็นของเกษตรตำบลต่อระบบการปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอ ด้านศูนย์บริการและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรประจำตำบลเป็นกลไกหลัก ด้านงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสถาบันเกษตรกรและวิสาหกิจชุมชน ด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และบทบาทหน้าที่ของเกษตรตำบล ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนความคิดเห็นต่อระบบสนับสนุนในด้านระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ของเกษตรตำบล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการวางแผนทั้งเกษตรตาบลและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านการประชุม/สัมมนา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3) ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรตำบลในภาพรวม ต่อการนำระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรมิติใหม่ MRCF ไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ มีความเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีความเห็นด้วยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (4) ปัญหาของเกษตรตำบล ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และปัญหาของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะ ควรเพิ่มอัตรากำลังเกษตรตำบลให้เหมาะสมกับจำนวนพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ เกษตรตำบลควรใช้รถยนต์สำนักงาน ควรมีคอมพิวเตอร์เพียงพอให้เกษตรตำบลใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study (1) personal basic backgrounds of sub-district agricultural extensionists; (2) opinion towards needs of sub-district agricultural extensionists and relevant officials of agricultural extension system as well as work performance adhering to agricultural extension system of sub-district agricultural extensionists; (3) opinion of sub-district agricultural extensionists and relevant officials towards the use of new dimension of agricultural extension system, MRCF in the area; (4) problems and suggestions of sub-district agricultural extensionists and relevant officials for the agricultural extension system The results of study showed that (1) in terms of personal basic backgrounds, they finished bachelor degree. The average salary was 23,035.26 baht. The average work experience was 13.92 years. Mostly, one sub-district agricultural extensionist was responsible for two sub-districts. The average distance to work was 22.64 km driving by their own vehicles to work within their area of responsibility. Most of their work area and their domicile were in the same district and the same province. (2) The overall opinions toward the needs of sub-district agricultural extensionists for role performance system in the area of sub-district agriculture office, in terms of the centers of sub-district agricultural service and technology transfer which were served as the main mechanism, in terms of extension and development of agricultural institute and community enterprise, and in terms of data recording were at high level, while the overall roles of sub-district agricultural extensionists was at the highest level. Meanwhile, the overall opinion towards support system on information system by sub-district agricultural extensionists was at the highest level. The overall opinion towards relevant officuials was at the highest level. In terms of overall meeting/seminar, sub-district agricultural extensionists indicated at the highest level. (3) The overall opinion towards introducing the new dimension of agricultural extension system, MRCF to role performance in the area, they agreed at the highest level, while overall agreement of relevant was at high level. (4) Their overall problem was at the highest level and the overall problem of relevant was at high level. Their suggestions were increasing more sub-district agricultural extensionists to meet with area of responsibility; they should use an official car; and sufficient personal computers should be provided for them in role performance | en_US |
