| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การรับรู้ บทบาทหน้าที่ด้านกระบวนการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สัมพันธภาพในการทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย และความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการจัดการด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 1 (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ด้านกระบวนการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และสัมพันธภาพในการทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย และ (3) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ร่วมกันทำนายความพึงพอใจของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ต่อการจัดการด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขต 1 จำนวน 322 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบ เกาะกลุ่มสุ่ม 2 ชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน คึอ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การรับรู้บทบาท หน้าที่ด้านกระบวนการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สัมพันธภาพในการทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย และความ พึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ต่อการจัดการด้านการส่งต่อเผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตาม เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ 0.91,0.96 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอย พหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ด้งนี้ (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ส่วนใหญ่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยอยู่ระหว่าง 10- 15 ปี การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ด้านกระบวนการส่งต่อ ผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สัมพันธภาพในการทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย และความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ต่อการจัดการด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ด้านกระบวนการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ และสัมพันธภาพในการทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับ ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการจัดการด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ 0.01 และ (3) ตัวแปรที่ร่วมทำนายความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการจัดการด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ตามลำดับดังนี้ สัมพันธภาพในการทำงานด้านการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยและการรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ ด้านกระบวนการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้รัอยละ 22.7 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive study were: (1) to examine personal factors, perception of professional nurses’ roles in the referral process, relationship in dealing with patient referral, and satisfaction with the referral management of professional nurses at community hospitals, Region 1, (2) to study the relationships between personal factors, perception of professional nurses’ roles in the referral process, relationship in dealing with patient referral and satisfaction with the referral management, and (3) to identify predictors of the satisfaction with the referral management. The sample comprised 322 professional nurses who worked at community hospitals, Region 1. They were selected by two-stage cluster sampling.Questionnaires were used as research tools and comprised four sections: personal factors, perception of professional nurses’ roles in the referral process, relationship in dealing with patient referral, and satisfaction with the referral management. The questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. The reliability of the second, the third, and the fourth sections were 0.91, 0.96, and 0.97 respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: (1) Most professional nurses had baccalaureate graduation and had between 10-15 years working experience in patient referral. Professional nurses rated their perception on their roles in the referral process their relationship in dealing with patient referral, and their satisfaction with the referral management at the high level. (2) There were significant positive relationships among perception of professional nurses’ roles in the referral process, relationship in dealing with patient referral, and satisfaction with the referral management (p < 0.01). Finally, (3) the relationship in dealing with patient referral and perception of professional nurses’ roles in the referral process could predict satisfaction with the referral management of professional nurses.
