| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของ คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์บริการและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรประจำตำบล (2) ศึกษาการดำเนินงาน ของศูนย์บริการและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรประจำตำบล (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสำเร็จในการ ดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรประจำตำบล (4) ศึกษาปัญหา และเสนอแนะ เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์บริการและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร ประจำตำบล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์ฯ กว่าสามในสี่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 53.87 ปี ร้อยละ 50 มีระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่มีสถานภาพสมรสแล้ว กว่าครึ่งหนึ่งไม่มี ตำแหน่งทางสังคม เกือบสองในสามมีระยะเวลา การดำรงตำแหน่งน้อยกว่า 5 ปี กว่าหนึ่งในสามเป็น ข้าราชการ และเกือบสองในสามมีรายได้ต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท (2) คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์ฯ มี ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการฯ และความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการฯ มี 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการ ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านกำลังคน และด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (4) คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์ฯ เห็นว่าศูนย์บริการฯ มีปัญหาในการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปาน กลาง ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะของคณะกรรมการ บริหารศูนย์ฯ เสนอว่าควรจัดสรรงบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ลง สู่พื้นที่ตามความต้องการของเกษตรกรอย่างเพียงพอ ควรมีนักวิชาการเกษตรตำบลเข้ามาเป็ น ผู้ ประสานงานในระดับอำเภอ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และเกษตรกร รวมทั้งควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ และติดตามประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study fundamental economic and social statue of the executive committee of Agricultural Services and Technology Transfer Centers, (2) to study the operation of the Agricultural Services and Technology Transfer Centers, (3) to study factors relating to the operational success of Agricultural Services and Technology Transfer Centers, and (4) to study problems and suggestions in order to increase the potential for the operation of the executive committee of Agricultural Services and Technology Transfer Centers. The population in this study was 192 executive committee of Agricultural Services and Technology Transfer Centers in Sao Hai District of Saraburi Province. And 188 samples were determined by using Taro Yamane formula in determining the sample size at .01 deviation value. The data collecting process was interviewing the studied executive committee. The statistical methodology used to analyze the data by computer programs were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiregression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) more than three-fourths of the executive committee of the centers were male with average age at 53.87 years. 50 % of them were educated at primary level. Most of them were married. More than a half of them had no social position. The period of sitting on a committee of almost two-thirds of them was less than 5 years. More than one-third of them were a civil servant. And the income of almost two-thirds of them was lower than 10,000 Baht/month. (2) the opinions of the studied executive committee on the operation of the centers and the operational success of the centers were generally at medium level. (3) considering the factors relating to the operational success of the centers, it was found that there were 4 factors which related to the operational success of the centers, these were the management, the public relations, the manpower, and materials and equipment. And (4) considering the problems with the operation of the centers and the suggestions of the studied executive committee, it was found that they agreed that their centers generally had problems with their operation at medium level. They suggested that the budget, materials, tools and equipment should have been allocated to farmers as they needed sufficiently; there should have been sub-district agricultural academics to help them in cooperating with the authorities in their district or their sub-district administrative organization, and also farmers. And there should have been the public relations, following-up and evaluating continuously. | en_US |
