| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาต้นทุนทางบัญชีในการตรวจสวนหัวใจชนิดการทำหัตถการ การรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจในผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันของศูนย์โรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ต้นทุนทางบัญชีต่อรายของผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันที่ต้องทำหัตถการเปิดขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจแบบการรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจของศูนย์โรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า และ 2) ต้นทุนทางกิจกรรมบริการเฉลี่ยต่อรายต่อครั้งในผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันที่ทำการทำหัตถการการรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจของศูนย์โรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดชนิดกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน จํานวน 57 ราย ที่มารับบริการในช่วงวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2561 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2561 กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงที่ไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนและทําหัตถการเฉพาะการรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจเท่านั้น จํานวน 35 ราย สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ต้นทุนทางบัญชีต่อรายของผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันที่ต้องทําหัตถการเปิดขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจแบบการรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจการรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจของศูนย์โรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า เท่ากับ 72,089.69 บาท (ค่าเสื่อมเครื่องตรวจสวนหัวใจเท่ากับ 0 บาท) กรณีคิดค่าเสื่อมเครื่องตรวจสวนหัวใจด้วยต้นทุนต่อรายจะเท่ากับ 76,261.96 บาท และ 2) ต้นทุนทางกิจกรรมบริการเฉลี่ยต่อรายต่อครั้งในผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันที่ทำการทำหัตถการการรักษาโรคหลอดเลือดโคโรนารี่ย์ผ่านสายสวนหัวใจของศูนย์โรคหัวใจโรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า เท่ากับ 1,540.47 บาท | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research is the descriptive study. The aim of this study is to define unit cost of cardiac catheterization in type of percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI) in patients who have acute coronary syndrome STEMI at cardiac center. This study was the health care provider viewpoint. The prospective collecting data was done between April 1, 2018 and September 30. 2018. The selective sampling in this study was the 37 patients who have acute coronary syndrome STM and received the cardiac catherization procedure in type of Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention. The instrument in this study is the data record. This study based on the classification of unit cost with criteria of procedure process. The total direct cost of activities which mean labor costs and material cost involved the provided directly patients’ service and managed cost and manufacturing cost. The results of this study revealed that 1) Direct cost per 1 patient was the total direct cost in the PPCI procedure of cardiac center 72,089.69 baths.
