| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยทางสังคมและ เศรษฐกิจของคณะกรรมการกลุ่ม แม่บ้านเกษตรกร (2) การดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร (3) ความต้องการในการดำเนินงาน ของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกร (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่ม แม่บ้านเกษตรกร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คณะกรรมการกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรมีอายุเฉลี่ย 46.38 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการ ศึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ระยะเวลาการเป็นคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรเฉลี่ย 6.27 และ 15 ปี ตามลำดับ ประกอบการเกษตรเป็นอาชีพหลัก มีรายได้ของครัวเรือน เฉลี่ยปีละ 196,827.45 บาท และมี รายได้จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกลุ่ม เป็นผลตอบแทนและเงินปันผล เฉลี่ยต่อปี 3,578.82 และ 2,796.47 บาท ตามลำดับ มีรายจ่ายในภาคเกษตรเฉลี่ยปีละ 73,262.45 บาท (2) คณะกรรมการมีความเห็นว่า กลุ่มแม่บ้าน เกษตรกรมีการดำเนินงานด้านการบริหารจัดการสมาชิกในระดับมาก การดำเนินงานระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านบริหารจัดการองค์กร ด้านการบริหารการเงิน และด้านการบริหารจัดการการผลิต การดำเนินงานระดับน้อย คือ การบริหารจัดการการตลาด และการดำเนินงานระดับน้อยที่สุดคือ การติดตามและประเมินผล (3) คณะกรรมการมีความต้องการในการดำเนินงานในระดับมากที่สุด 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรม การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก และการพัฒนาความรู้ (4) ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานในระดับมาก 2 ประเด็น ได้แก่ การ ติดตามประเมินผล และการบริหารจัดการการตลาด และปัญหาระดับปานกลาง 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ การบริหาร การเงิน การบริหารจัดการการผลิต และการบริหารจัดการองค์กรและสมาชิก โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ เกี่ยวข้อง สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการดำเนินงาน การให้ความรู้และการประสานงานในการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์และ บรรจุภัณฑ์ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study: (1) socio-economic factors of Farm Women Groups (2) operations of Farm Women Groups (3) operations needs of Farm Women Groups (4) problems and suggestions for the operations of Farm Women Groups. The research population was a number of 41 groups, 205 committee members of Farm Women Groups in Naduang District of Loei Province. Out of 102 members were selected from the sample groups of good and medium level of Farm Women Groups. Data was collected by interview form. Statistics used for analysis used included frequency, percentage, mean, minimum value, maximum value and standard deviation. Research findings were as follows. (1) The average age of Farm Women Groups Committee members was 46.38 years. Most of them completed lower secondary school. Their average length of service as Farm Women Groups Committee and membership of the Groups were 6.27 and 15 years respectively. Agriculture was their main occupation. Their average annual household income was 196,827.45 baht while their average annual income from groups’ activity as payment and bonus were 3,578.82 and 2,796.47 baht respectively. Their average annual cost in agricultural sector was 73,262.45 baht. (2) In their views, the Committee ‘s operation at high level was the membership management while 3 operations at medium level namely organization management, financial management and production management. The operation at low level was marketing management and the operations at the lowest level were monitoring and evaluation. (3) Operations needs at the highest level were found 3 following aspects; activity support, members’ participation, and knowledge development. (4) It was discovered 2 problems in operations at high level such as monitoring and evaluation as well as marketing management. There were 3 problems at medium level such as financial management, production management, and organization and members’ management. They proposed authorities concerned to support the operations activity by providing knowledge and coordination to assist them improving their products and packaging. | en_US |
