dc.description.abstractการวิจัยเชิงพรรณานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 6 (2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และการเสริมสร้างหลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ ต่อสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 6 ประชากรคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในงานห้องคลอด งานท้องผ่าตัด งานผู้ป่วยนอก งาน ผู้ป่วยใน งานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 6 จำนวน 2,401 คน สุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ตามขนาดโรงพยาบาล ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 377 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัย สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ตอน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ และ 3) แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน คำนวณค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนี้อหารายข้อ เลือกข้อที่มีค่ามากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 0.80 และทดสอบ ความเที่ยงกับกลุ่มที่มีลักษณะเช่นเดียวกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน วิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของคอนบราค โดยได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2 และ 3 เท่ากับ 0.94 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ เชิงพรรณาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุข ที่ 6 โดยรวมและรายด้านส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการเพื่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ สมรรถมะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้แก่ การสร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจด้านจิตใจ การเข้าร่วม ประชุม/อบรมเกี่ยวกับการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 6 ได้ร้อยละ 54.9 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ สามารถใชัเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน โดยการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจทางด้านจิตใจth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to analyze the level of health promotion competencies and (2) to identify the predictors of personal factors and psychological empowerment on health promotion competencies of professional nurses at community hospitals, Public Health Inspection Region 6. The population was 2,401 professional nurses who worked in delivery rooms, operation rooms, outpatient departments, inpatient departments, and emergency care units at community hospitals in Health Inspection Region 6.The subjects included 331 professional nurses. They were selected by stratified random sampling based on the sizes of community hospitals. Questionnaires were used as research tools and comprised three sections: personal factors, psychological empowerment, and health promotion competencies of professional nurses. The content validity of the tools was verified by seven experts. Content validity index was calculated for each item and only items whose values were greater than or equal to 0.80 were selected. Reliability was tested in thirty subjects. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third parts were 0.94 and 0.97 respectively. Research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation), and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated their health promotion competencies at the high level. All categories were rated at the high level; whereas only the management of health promotion competence was rated at the moderate level. (2)Two factors: psychological empowerment and their training for health promotion predicted the health promotion competencies. These predictors accounted for 54.9% of total variance of health promotion competencies. In conclusion, the results of this study can be used as a guideline to increase health promotion competencies of professional nurses at community hospitals by promoting their psychological empowermenten_US
