dc.description.abstractการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ระบบจำแนกตำแหน่ง และค่าตอบแทนใหม่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐ ระดับปฐมภูมิ ทุติยภูมิ และระดับตติยภูมิ ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 14 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ระบบจำแนกตำแหน่งและ ค่าตอบแทนใหม่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐในระดับปฐมภูมิ ทุติยภูมิ และ ระดับตติยภูมิ ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 14 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ได้รับการบรรจุแต่งตั้งเป็นข้าราชการแล้ว จากหน่วยบริการ สุขภาพของรัฐในระดับปฐมภูมิ ทุติยภูมิ และระดับตติยภูมิ ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 14 จำนวน 373 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 การรับรู้ระบบจำแนกตำแหน่งและค่าตอบแทนใหม่ของพยาบาล วิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยง ของ แบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค 0.80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐ ระดับปฐมภูมิ ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 14 มีการรับรู้ระบบจำแนกตำแหน่ง และค่าตอบแทนใหม่อยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วน พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐ ระดับทุติยภูมิ และระดับตติยภูมิ ในเขตตรวจราชการ สาธารณสุขที่ 14 มีการรับรู้ระบบจำแนกตำแหน่ง และค่าตอบแทนใหม่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐ ระดับปฐมภูมิ และระดับทุติยภูมิ ในเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 14 มีการรับรู้ระบบจำแนกตำแหน่ง และค่าตอบแทนใหม่ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วน พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐ ระดับปฐมภูมิ และระดับทุติยภูมิ มีการรับรู้ระบบ จำแนกตำแหน่ง และค่าตอบแทนใหม่สูงกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานบริการสุขภาพของรัฐ ระดับตติยภูมิ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to study about the perception to new position classification and payment system of professional nurses in primary, secondary and tertiary health care unit. Public Health Inspection Region 14 and (2) to compare the perception to new position classification and payment system of professional nurses in primary, secondary and tertiary health care unit. Public Health Inspection Region 14. Multi-stage random sampling was used for selecting 373 subjects from all government official professional nurses in health care unit of Public Health Inspection Region 14. The research tools used for collecting the data were questionnaires comprising 2 sections: (1) personal data, (2) the perception to new position classification and payment system of professional nurses. These questionnaires were tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the second section were 0.80. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and one- way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of this study illustrated as follows. (1) The professional nurses in primary health care percepled to new position classification and payment system at the high level. The professional nurses in secondary and tertiary health care unit percepled to new position classification and payment system at the medium level. (2) The perception to new position classification and payment system of professional nurses in primary and secondary health care unit is not significantly different while the perception to new position classification and payment system of professional nurses in primary and secondary health care unit is significantly higher than the perception of professional nurses in tertiary health care unit (p<.01)en_US
