| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปกลุ่มเกษตรกรบ้านตาเดาะ 2) วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ฟักข้าวเพื่อการค้า ของกลุ่มเกษตรกรบ้านตาเดาะ และ 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ฟักขา้วเพื่อการค้า ของกลุ่มเกษตรกรบา้นตาเดาะ ตำบลโชคนาสาม อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรบ้านตาเดาะ ตำบลโชคนาสาม อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยศึกษาจากสมาชิกทั้งหมด 84 คน และประธานกรรมการ และกรรมการกลุ่มเกษตรกรจำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน โดยวิธีมูลค่า ปัจจุบันของผลตอบแทนสุทธิ (NPV) อัตราผลตอบแทนภายในโครงการ (IRR) ดัชนีกำไร (PI) ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (PB) และการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สภาพทั่วไปกลุ่มเกษตรกรบ้านตาเดาะ สมาชิก จำนวน 84 ราย ส่วนใหญ่เพศหญิง อายุ 31-40 ปี สถานภาพสมรส จำนวนเกษตรกรในครัวเรือน 3-4 คน จำนวนฟักข้าวที่ปลูก 10-50 ต้น ปี 2556 กลุ่มเกษตรกรมีสินทรัพย์ รวม 1,440,828.49 บาท กำไรสุทธิ 444,328.49 บาท ประมาณการเงินลงทุนในโครงการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ฟักข้าวเพื่อการค้า จำนวน 1,500,000 บาท ระยะเวลาโครงการ 5 ปี 2) ความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ฟักข้าวเพื่อการค้าของกลุ่มเกษตรกรบ้านตาเดาะ โดยสมมติอัตราคิดลดของโครงการร้อยละ 5 ผลการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ ดังนี้ NPV เท่ากับ 6,580,934.27 บาท IRR ร้อยละ 105.42 PI เท่ากับ 4.99 เท่า และ PB 1 ปี ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการโดยสมมติในกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ต้นทุนเพื่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 5 และ 10 และยอดขายลดลง ร้อยละ 5 และ 10 พบว่าความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงินของโครงการยังมีความไปได้ทางการเงินทั้งวิธี NPV IRR และ PI 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคคือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรยังมีระบบการจัดการการตลาด การผลิต การเงินและการบัญชี และการบริหารจัดการที่ไม่ดีพอ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the general conditions of Ban Ta Do Agricultural Group; 2) the feasibility of the group’s project to produce spring bitter cucumber (Momordica cochinchinensis) products for commercial sale; 3) problems with the proposed project. The sample population consisted of all 84 members of the Ban Ta Do Agricultural Group in Shok Na Sam Sub-District, Prasat District, Surin Province, along with the group’s chairman and 2 committee members. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using frequency, percentage, and content analysis. Net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), profitability index (PI), payback period (PB) and project sensitivity methods to were used to analyze the financial feasibility. The results showed that 1) the majority of the group members were female, age 31-40, and married. Most of them had 3-4 household members employed in agriculture and grew 10-50 spring bitter cucumber plants. In 2013 the Ban Ta Do Agricultural Group had total assets of 1,440,828.49 baht and net profits of 444,328.49 baht. The estimated investment cost of the project to produce spring bitter cucumber products was 1,500,000 baht over 5 years. 2) Assuming a discount rate of 5%, the feasibility study showed that the NPV would be 6,580,934.27 baht, the IRR would be 105.42%, the PI would be 4.99 and the PB would be one year. For the project sensitivity analysis, if the costs increased by 5% or 10% and the sales decreased by 5% or 10%, the adjusted NPV, IRR and PI still indicated that the project would be feasible. 3) Problems identified with the project were that the agricultural group’s systems for marketing management, production management, financial and accounting management and administrative management were not good enough and needed development. | en_US |
